for a (sort of) more detailed explanation;
You use the glow tags and have the text/value in between the glow tags. You'll probably learn this easier just by looking at the code.
Example:

[glow=red]This is a red glow[/glow]

Your outcome should be something like this,
This is a red glow

You can even use Hex Colour Codes.

[GLOW=#50BD40]THIS IS A PRETTY CUSTOM GREEN GLOW[/GLOW]
[GLOW=#2191B6]THIS IS A PRETTY CUSTOM BLUE GLOW[/GLOW]

Your outcomes:

Hmm.. Cool beans. XD; So I totally called my boss this morning and left a voice mail saying I'm calling a sick day and I'd be there at 7AM on Monday. Well this was at 5:30AM this morning and at 7:30AM he called me (after I had taken some knock out meds) and left a voice mail (because I didn't hear my phone ring... At all) and said "Where are you? we're ready to go and its 7:30 call me back." Well I didn't even hear the message until I got up at like 11. lol So I'm probably gonna get my butt kicked on Monday. D: But I'm quiting anyway for the military. Woot!

I work for an HVAC (heating and cooling) company. My job title is "helper". :P But to them I'm a grunt that should be trained to be a tech. But EFFF THAAAT. =o I seriously hate it lol But I make $10 an hour with 40 hours a week so.. I make good money for someone who has no bills lol. (outside of car insurance and cell phone)

My boss wasn't too happy when I told him I was enlisting but its illegal to fire me over that so I think they're just going to give me more hell than usual. :P Whatever. XD;
