I wish they could just release the games in Japan, Europe, and the Americas all at once, so we pokemon fans would not have to go through this.

FFVI is the only FF game i've played, so my knowledge on the series is null.

I downloaded FFVI on a friend's recommendation.

(Or maybe that's a good thing...)

But yeah if it was all at once, PC as a whole would go crazy. D:
 
I applaud anyone who's ever managed to get roms of DS Pokemon games running smoothly.

I had a rom of SS that I downloaded, but I swear I downloaded 3 different versions of NO$GBA plus an add-on, plus some sort of missing file for it to try and get the rom working, so I ended up with a folder full of crap and the stupid thing still wouldn't work.

I don't know why, but the FF series nowadays just seems so different from how it was years ago. This is just my personal opinion, but the characters seem so...un-FF-ish. I'm used to the whole Cloud-Tifa-Sephiroth-Yuna-Lulu-Tidus etc sorta group, but I dunno, It could be that I'm just not used to the new characters yet or the game or anything of that sort. .__.

But I do recommend that you try most of them out and see how you like them.

Yeah, FFVI's been alright so far. Obviously haven't played through enough of it to be able to make a proper judgement on it but what I have played has been ok.

The storyline's reasonably immersive anyway.
 
Most people have got the ROMs working fine, lol.

Unfortunately, Nintendo has not yet changed it's ways. I've been avoiding B/W because I don't want the plot/gameplay/etc. to be ruined for me.

Bafflingly I average at 3 posts a day.

DBE's lately have probably been people attacking PC, rather than server stress, through DDOS, etc~

(Whenever something goes wrong on PC I rarely blame the server. Weird).

No. Usually when there is a problem with a server or network, the error usually occurred between the keyboard and the chair.
