I did it again. I fell asleep. I was asleep fpr only like an hour and a half this time though. When I woke up I was so confused... I thought it was already tomorrow or something. And now my head is pounding. I hate this feeling. I just want to get better...

Summer school? I don't know how that works in my school. I know there is some for the elementary students but I'm not really sure. I've never failed a class and had to go to summer school because of it or anything like that. As for finals... we haven't even started talking about them yet. I have mine the last four days of school... and I've decided not to work during those days. Even though I'm not the kind of person who would study hard for 'em or anything... I will need to this year though. But I guess I'll worry about those when they get nearer... it's still over a month away...

I've never had to take summer school because of failing, but as I've said in multiple topics, I'm just taking it this summer to free up some electives for next year - to get ahead in my studies. Hopefully I won't feel the need to take it ever again.

*sigh* This year will be the first time that I have ever failed a class before. >_> I accidently procrastinated too much in English, so I failed with a 48% Actually, I nearly failed all of my classes last semester. I really don't know how on earth it happened, it just.. did. I think that I may have been procrastinating because I was still a bit stressed out with switching to a bigger school that is farther away. =\ Oh well, I have learnt from my mistake, and it'll never happen again. I don't care if I have to pass a class with a 51% I will not have a repeat of what happened in English (although, my sister said that he was being a jerk because he didn't bump it by 2% just so I couldn't fail it and have to make up at least 2% in Summer School). Meh, I am not really that upset about having to go to Summer School; my best friend will be in the same class as me, and it's only for 4 hours for 2 weeks.

eek! A 48 In english? The lowest I ever got in english was a 68.

not really that surprising... the other english class (aka my next year's english teacher) gives out constant 30-40%s. Whatever you write is almost always considered as pure trash and is inadequate...

Not for my english teacher. He likes to read what everyone writes..And the scary thing is he likes to KEEP some of our writing. o_O

*sigh* i hope i don't have to goto summer school, i pocrastonate so i'm kinda worried i might have to go... ?_?,

I know for sure that I won't have to go to summer school this summer, since I got on the Merit Roll every grading period. I've never had to go to summer school in my life and I probably never will. I always get good grades, even though I do my homework late. Even when I start a big project the night before it's due, I still can get it done and get a good grade on it. :P

I'm the same way. I got on the honor roll 2/3 times this year. I don't know why I didn't make it last quarter though. In order to be on it yi=ou have to have a 3.0 GPA with no grade lower than a C-... when I calculated my GPA it was 3.4 I think. And my lowets grade was a C- in civics. The first quarter I had lower grades with my lowest being a C- and made honor roll. I just don't get why I didn't make it this time. Hopefully I'll have decent grades when progress reports come out this week. I already know my civics grade is a 70.4% and that's my hardest class so I should be good. But I did really bad on all my English pop quizzes (they were all either 0% or 50% grades) so that'll bring my grade way down. As long as I don't have a D my parents don't care. My problem is definitely procrastinating though. I never do things on time... I always end up rushing to start/finish projects the night before. I can't help it... it's just the way I am. I always seem to get distracted.

Great... now my throat really hurts. And while my parents were at church I took my temperature and found out I have a fever of around 101?F. So I'm sicker than I thought. That's not good! I need to be better by Monday... I can't miss school...

Yeah that's messed up.
I mean the purpose writing is to express your feelings.
The lowest I got in english was an 87%.
Probaly because my teacher tells us to do quick writes rather than super-extra long essays. :P

Posting here in PC has made me really good in writing.
Maybe you guys can have a piece of how long I can write. XD
But...I'm too tired to do so. :P

Btw Ashley, I hope you feel better.
Today I started coughing a lot also..and eww...I felt so much mucus.
This always happens when when I get close to my birthday or during my birthday. :P

Thanks... not only do I have a fever but now I got my deep cough too! I really need to get better, but how? I really want to sing to my radio but I can't cuz my voice won't let me! This morning when I woke up I couldn't talk at all... and slowly my voice got a little better. My throat is killing me now. Hopefully I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow either. No matter what I have to go to school on Monday. I refuse to be absent...

What's with English teacher giving low grades all of a sudden. I usually do well in English just I fall behind in the reading and do poorly on pop quizzes. For once I actually did my reading on time though... now I just have to finish my project tomorrow... I didn't feel up to it today. I sure hope my grade is at least a C on my progress report though...

Well you can get some medicine...(I hate mine. It's Robitusin :P)
And after a day or two it'll get better.
I have a feeling being sick in these months has to do with alergies.

Yeah, projects are easy.....a little. :P
I don't even try and I get good grades.
In my school there are two rolls, honor roll and principal's list.
It was cool being in the pricipal's list 4 times straight. XD
I get to attend these huge breakfasts held just for the people in these roll.
We also get free trips...OH YEAH!

I hope you feel better soon, snowangel. I wonder what you have...hopefully you don't have strep throat! I had that when I was in 3rd or 4th grade. It was unbearable. I also had the similar symptoms you have now last year--around this time actually. It was the school play and I had to sing a duet and I practically lost my voice when I woke up the morning of the first show. Just my luck. But, as the day went along, I drank plenty of water and tea. My voice still cracked a bit, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just don't whisper because it'll make your voice worse! O_o

Anyway, at least I'm not alone with the stupid, evil English teacher scenario. I do well in English, too, and my teacher does the same thing with pop quizzes on the reading and everything. Luckily, I love the book we're reading now so I get A's on the quizzes and tests. I hope to God it'll balance out my average with that...term paper. I'll get an ulcer just thinking about it. But, you know what? I don't really care anymore, either. If it's at least a C, then I'll be more than happy. She didn't give me a progress report, like I said earlier that's only given if you have a D or you're failing, so maybe my grade isn't too bad. I still have more tests and an easy essay coming up so I shouldn't be worrying like I am. I just hate teachers like her, though. Grr...

Last time I checked I didn't have any allergies... but maybe some developed. Still, I don't think this has to do with allergies... I think it was originally that sudden rise in temperature that started it and it just grew from there. I sure hope I don't have strep! That would suck. I have been drinking water all day... I always do though... and I guess it's helping a little. When I sing my voice definitely cracks... actually it nothing comes out most of the time but it's hard not to sing when listening to the radio! Hopefully by Monday I'll be able to sing in chorus. I find it difficult to sit in chorus and not sing. Actually I hope by Monday I'm well enough to go to school. I really hate missing it. And okay, I won't whisper! Is that really bad for my voice? I didn't know that...

I have a newspaper type article due Monday. Luckily I remembered to bring a disk to school yesterday. I was planning on finishing it in my last period study hall but when I went to the IBM lab there was a class. I hate when that happens! Apparently the Dell lab and library were closed too! After school I had to rush outside and tell Chris (the guy who gives me a ride to work) that I wasn't going in because I still felt sick. Then I had to run back up to the IBM lab on the 5th floor and quickly save it to my disk so I could get home to rest. So now I'll have to work on that tomorrow. I really need to get a good grade on this because I did so poorly on those reading quizzes... and it was my fault because I didn't read the all of what we were supposed to those nights. We get progress reports halfway through each quarter so we can know where are grades are and that gives us a chance to pull them up. I'm perfectly happy with a C- in as a grade though. Especially in my civics class...

I don't drink water that much...before.
Now my parents make me drink around 2 quarts a day. (not comfortable XD)
I can't sing high notes at all. I have sort of a deep voice and nothing comes out on those notes. :P

Well thank god there is only 1 month of school left.
When I look back all of my years in school felt short...odd.

I always drink lots of water. I bring one to school in the morning and then I buy another one at lunch. I always bring one to dance too. Then during the rest of the time I'm home I drink more too. Sometimes drinking water makes me hyper though... I'm not really sure why though. A couple of weeks ago my dad came in my room to get something and he decided to remove some of my water bottles. How many did he remove? 39! I had 39 water bottles in my room... and they were all pretty much from that same week! At the moment I only have a few scattered around here...

Oh I have a pretty high singing voice. Just not at the moment. I can sing the high soprano parts. Just I'm afraid on Monday my voice will crack and sound really bad. Not that I have a good singing voice though. I still have no idea how I ended up singing all those solos in Italian! Seriously... I'm kinda scared to watch the tape of me singing... it's probably really bad...

I have 26 days of school left... each year does seem to go by quicker. Just at this time of year it seems to go by slow. I just can't believe that I after this year is over I only have two more years of high school left! That went by so fast...

I don't drink as much water as I used to...I might have three glasses a day when I used to have 8 or 10. I used to be thirsty all the time for some reason...I mainly drink water, milk, and Mt. Dew.

I never really cared for bottled water (not to say it's bad, just a bit expensive for me...) I really haven't ever been able to taste a difference between the bottled stuff and regular...go figure :P
