Well I guess my dad gets paid well (when he goes to work). But I don't know what his salary is. He does plan to retire soon though. He wants to be a sub... but I don't know why! When he goes on watch or whatever he used to bring his laptop to watch DVDs... doesn't that make our airport sound so safe! Oh, and he did go to work tonight...

Yeah I am an expert procrastinator FT! I know and I guess you do too! Don't fall into that habbit... it's bad! I'm gonna try to break it for junior year though! I'll try. Memorize it then! At least you got it done though... if it were me, I would probably be working on it now... that's how bad I am...

Meh, I bet you 10 bucks that they are only drinking it due to peer pressure. A lot of people in this age only do things at such ages because "everyone is doing it" or "the cool kid did it, so it must be awesome!". It is funny how they do not realize how little control they have over themselves. Willpower is scarce, in this generation. =\

Yeah, they pretty much just drink because their friends do. My friends don't so I don't have to worry about that stuff. But I think another reason that they drink is just because it's illegal. The whole teen rebellion thing. They aren't allowed to so that makes them want to even more...

Yeah, well I start almost all my projects the night before. I really need to stop doing that though. Essays are the big thing that I do the night before... I procrastinate so much that I end up rushing to type them and write it at the same time. But it's one day until summer vacation so no worries for me! I don't need to study for my only exam tomorrow so it's pretty much summer for me now anyway!

I know why my dad wants to work after retiring but I want to know why subbing. I wouldn't want to be a substitute teacher, that's for sure! We treat subs so poorly... it's awful. I don't want my dad subject to that! But then again, he has me and my sister at home so I guess he's used to it!

As for his knee... I don't know what the issue was. It was so confusing. I know both his knees were hurt and got surery in the past. I know he re-tore a tendon in his knee... but I don't know much else. But I guess he's okay for now.

Yeah. They think that they're such criminals for doing it just cause it's illegal (well, I guess they sort of are criminals). I just don't see why teens would actually like to be marked as criminals, it's not like winning an academy award. Although you may impress some people, you may find yourself in Juvenile Hall, so in the end it hurts more then helps.

Yeah, it is basically summer for me too. I just need to get through Friday and Monday and I'm free! =D
 
*Yawn*, man I had a cool day today, I had my workout thing today, I am really sore from it, and then I came home and slept for most of the day, then like at 6 I went to a baseball game, I coulda stayed for the varsity, but I felt like coming home ;)

I don't get it either. I don't see why everyone wants to break the laws. There are obviously reasons for them or they wouldn't be there! Some of them may seem unfair but they usually have a good reason behind them. My town is awful though. Last year a guy in my grade shot a guy and killed him. I don't remember the story behind it but that was just awful!

Summer! A two hour chorus exam and I'm officially a junior. And the exam will be so easy. I plan to listen to my cd player when I'm done and waiting for everyone else to finish. It's an easy way to end the school year!

I made the 5000th post? Really? Wow... I didn't even notice that! Thanks for telling me though Andy. I'm so oblivious to everything right now it seems. And the only reason Scott's crush thread is beating the DCC is because the old one got deleted. That and the fact it's almost always offtopic...

When my class gets a substitute, it's free period to them. They never listen.
It's either paperball fights, or anything else wild.

I sounds like your father moves around in the air-port to tear a tendon in his knee. But then again, watching DVD's are the best part. :P
 
I've been lying to keep you from this pain. Now you're crying, and I that I'm to blame, and I'll miss you, but it's over now. I'm so sorry that it had to be this way. Please don't hate me, but there's nothing you can say to change my mind, and I've got to go.

I don't think my dad tore his tendon while working though! But then again, it was well over a month ago that it happened. And he hasn't watched DVDs at work in awhile either... especially considering I had his laptop for a good portion of time!

I had a sub for health/gym a couple weeks ago. He is this guy who hardly speek English... I feel bad for him but then again... I kinda don't. He yelled at me and this girl cuz we told him there was no room 10 and the room he told us to go in was room 15! (We were supposed to be in the cafe! The #10 he saw meant grade 10!) Anyways, I was sitting in the back of the classroom talking to my friend about our dance recitals. Then all of a sudden he comes back to yell at us! And not for talking really. He yelled at me cuz I was talking and my friend wasn't! He told me I needed to share and take turns to listen to my friends! We started laughing so hard! It was hilarious! Especially since I never talk anyway! And the one time I get in trouble for talking was cuz my friend was listening to my story!
 
I don't, even though I think most of the posts in the other thread are um, SPAM. This thread is SPAM sometimes, but that's why it is what it is, DCC. For posts that don't fit anywhere else. If it wasn't for the spammy posts in the other thread, it wouldn't have so many.

This thread gets a lot of posts until after 12 am. Then I get bored because no one posts...then i sign off. I wish everyone would post all night!

I have no idea what he did. But I guess it's better. Especially since he went in for surgery last week or two weeks ago... I don't remember. But he got a fruit basket! I like fruit! Anyways, I think whatever he did years ago that originally tore the tendon just kinda wore out his leg and it tore again. I don't know why though...

It was the funniest thing ever! He yelled at me for not taking turns talking with my friends! But what was even funnier is that we were! I was telling a story about dance! It was her turn to listen. I'm wondering why he was even listening to us in the first place though. He's creepy. And it's not that it's the opposite... it's usually just that I don't talk a lot. But when I have something to say I tend to go on and on. Or when I get hyper... then I talk a lot too! But I wasn't hyper that day... I was telling a story! It was such a funny day though!

Well good luck on your test. Social studies is the one I think I failed. I'm gonna stop by tomorrow and see if he was allowed to post grades since they made a new rule this year that they can't even post grades with ID numbers. I don't see why though... but I want to know if I passed. But knowing my teacher, he hasn't even looked at the tests yet!
