I broke up 5 weeks ago. I still have another 5 weeks left till I go back. I miss school. I enjoyed being around all the people and being able to play football everyday. For some reason I also miss some of the lessons. Like maths and Geography.

I took History as well. I found it to be really boring. I found it boring and think I failed. Geography wasn't anything really to do with map work. We only did 1 small project looking at maps. Can't wait to get the result for my tests back on the 23rd of August. I should pass ICT with an A easily. Should get a C or higher in everyting else. Apart from graphics which I will fail.

We're doing geography now.... but we get mainly map work and little economic work. History is easy for me because it involves more words rather than legends and codes.

I, for one agree with you on that. It's my favorite class in one way. I get to catch some of my sleep xD

Kuro~ History isn't THAT boring. I've never fallen asleep in history. Came close to though... wasn't my fault, the video was old.

Learning about the cold war in History was about the only good thing for me. I found learning about WW1 and WW2 boring. We always do the World wars so learning about the Cold War was better. But even then we didn't do that much on it. Only spent a few weeks on it.

It really depends on the teacher in my opinion.

The Cold war was a little boring in my opinion, but that's only because we were learning it from Australia's point of view, which wasn't really a major point of view.

Actually, I'll agree with that. My year eight/nine teacher hated me, I got level two's and three's. Which is C and D grade. And this year with another teacher, I got a B which is level four constantly, which is good.

WW2 was fascinating for me.

Ancient Greece would be the best so far for me though.

I remember doing Ancient Greece in year 3 or 4. Haven't done it since then.

If you had my teacher I would be surprised if you managed to stay awake. She has a monotone voice and it is so boring. No exaggeration or anything. Not many people in my class took it seriously.

If you do History at GCSE you are basically learning the same as you did when you were younger. Just gives some more description.

Glad I haven't picked History as an option for year 12 and 13. I don't think I could last another 2 years with that teacher.

Is literacy like English? If so English is interesting at times...

Especially right now, We have the coolest English teacher. It is not like the boring English teacher that rocked you to sleep.

The English teacher I had to years ago was good. My new one isn't as good but she can be fun at times.

I am playing my Diamond at the minute. Only got it Friday and managed to complete the Pokedex and the elite four in 4 days. I played 33 hours in 4 days. I am SO sad. Had nothing else to do though.
