quiet pokemon- reduce speed by 10% in order to increase special attack by 10%

for pokemon that doesn't need special attack or pokemon that needs speed, it's rather hurting them... i hardly uses personality that reduces speed...
 
I have done it... My creation... MHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. Only took 10 min.

Wait a sec:/. I thought it increases speed and special attack.:/
 
With the exception of neutral personalities that have no effect on stats, all personalities give a 10% bonus to a stat, and a 10% decrease to a different one.
 
Also the neatual ones don't like nor dislike any pokeblocks.. jeez.. thats dull, eh?

hehehe yeah those are very funny. but i like arcanines, the one in his sig...thats as good as any of dakota's wordsm of wisdom. ;D besides which coming from dakota they are words of a nutter....
 
and the funny thing is... what Dakota says technically doesn't make sense but actually it makes quite a bit of sense... like the 50:50:90 thing. I love that quote...
