Alex's eyes widened again when one of the angels was coming right at them. He wondered who it was, and what they were doing. Travis just smiled at the coming site. Once it was close enough, Alex could see that it was Angel. No, damn it, what are you doing, Angel, he thought to himself. Angel spoke.

"I come bearing no weapons or shields. I know you intend to kill me, so I decided to make it easier on everyone involved. I wish to die peacefully, if at all possible Alex."

Alex screamed at her, "What are you doing Angel?! Get away, you silly girl!" But it was too late. Travis spread his wings, drew his sword and flew over to Angel, he thrust his blade deep into her stomach.

Alex could only watch as Angel was pierced by his brother. Travis looked back at Alex and smiled, not an evil smile, but just an apparent smile. If he had never seen Travis in action before, he would appear to be just a nice person, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Alex shook his head and looked away. He was prepared for this, but Angel was still once his friend, so seeing it done before his eyes was still a bit of a shock.

Travis kept smiling, and spoke. "Well, that was easier than I thought. Wouldn't it be something if all we had to do was simply wait as they came to us one-by-one and we cut them down like hay?"

Alex shrugged. He wondered what would happened now.

Angel's body shuddered as the sword pierced right through her. Blood came out of her mouth, and a look of horror crossed her snow-white face as she looked at Alex, lilac eyes wide in shock. She coughed, then collapsed onto the ground, her heartbeat slowing until she closed her eyes and sent one last thought to Gold and Silver.*I....love....you...enough...to...die...for...you* She thought. She closed her eyes and in the next moment after that, Angel was dead. Her blood pooled on the ground under her now lifeless body. Even though her body was dead, her soul remained. Waiting for one of the others to find her body and heal her enough so she might live again.
(Angel will return! She just had to go be the valiant one.)

Rikki scoffed. "So they want me to be a prisoner in my own world." she shook her head.

"Rikkilyn. This is your only other option. You saw how your last fight with Alex ended. You either return and accept your punishment, or you will be killed. There is no in between!" Trainer said sternly.

Rikki thought about it for a second. Her choices. Die or Give Up? She shook her head. I gave up long ago.

She looked at Trainer again, sighing, then growling. "I have no intention of dying." then she put on a thoughtful expression. "This isn't my mission anymore, is it?" she asked.

Trainer shook his head. "I'm afraid not Rikkilyn. And Alex has not yet been informed of this decision. So I plead for you to make up your mind quickly." Trainer said.

Rikki suddenly felt her emotions break out, and she started crying. She stopped herself from sobbing, but she couldn't stop her tears anymore. "I don't want to die, Trainer. I don't wanna fight Alex again." she cursed to herself. After months of being the Rikki who wouldn't care less, she felt herself falling back into the pattern of letting her emotions take control.

"So my punishment, it could vary from any form? Anything, as long as its not death?" she asked, shaking.

Trainer nodded. "Yes. It could still be very severe Rikkilyn. But I encourage you to take this offer."

Rikki leaned her head back against the wall, thinking. She didn't want to leave the others, Silver had just returned. Then a sudden thought hit her. It was Angel. Her eyes grew wide. She was. . . . dead. Rikki put a hand to her mouth, continuing to cry. She was scared. She had seen Silver die once. She didn't want to see it again, or any of the others for that matter.

Rikki nodded her head. "Okay. Okay. I'll- I'll come home. I'll accept whatever punishment they give me. Just. . .I don't want to see anyone die. I can't see anyone else die." she said, shaking hard.

Trainer nodded. "I am not sure how long it will take me to get there. Would you please inform Alex of this arrangement, and I will be there as soon as I can. . . .or would you like me to contact him for you?" Trainer asked.

Rikki didn't even need to think. "You tell him. I can't talk to him. I promised I'd leave him alone." she said and shut off the device, crying still.

Trainer sighed and found the number to Alex's communication device, and dialed, waiting for him to respond.

Angel's spirit entered Rikki's mind. *Rikki, listen to me! Go get my body and bring it back to the hotel room. If I'm healed fast enough, I'll live. Hurry Rikki, please. And don't be scared, I'm with you*, she said. She mentally hugged Rikki. *I've made it so they can't see you, but it won't last long. Run Rikki. Run for both our lives as fast as you can. I'm counting on you Rikkilyn* Angel stayed in Rikki's mind. It would give Rikki some amount of comfort.

Alex felt his stomach churn a bit as Angel fell over dead. It may sound heartless, but he was glad he wasn't the one that had to do it. Nevertheless, it was a sad sight to behold. He had known Angel since they were small. Sure she was a bit vain, but she was a nice enough person, and Travis cut her down without a seconds hesitation. Alex would have done it as well, but he would have felt worse about it. Alex sighed. He wished he wouldn't have to do it to Rikki.

Just then, Alex's communicator rang, it was Trainer.

"Hello, Trainer. What is it? By the way, we have...slayed Angel."

Travis looked over at Alex, who was apparently talking to Trainer. Travis never liked him. He was far too neutral for his taste. He felt he misrepresented them too much. But he couldn't do anything about it, so he stood in silence as Alex talked to him, looking back now at the other angels he could barely see, including the new one. He still also saw Raike on the roof of the tall building. Travis silently stood, his eyes and emotions covered by the sunglasses.

Rikki heard Angel in her mind, but she couldn't do anything. She'd made her decision. It was selfish, but it was her decision.

No Angel. I'm sorry. with that, she slid down the wall, letting her tears to continue.

Trainer nodded at Alex. "Hm. I feared that is what troubled Rikkilyn." he sighed. "Alexander. I have spoken with the Council, and due to the wishes of her Father, Rikkilyn has been given a choice. She could either stay in the Human world, where I warned her she would be killed. Or she could return to our Kingdom, and accept a different, though possibly equally severe punishment."

Trainer took in a breath. "Her decision has been made. She is returning to the Kingdom. I ask that you honor this. I shall be there as soon as possible to bring her back. I figured you needed to know. So she would not be killed while awaiting my arrival." he said.

Angel sighed softly. *I understand. Take care of yourself, Rikkilyn. I'll miss you...your like a sister to me. Always have been, always will be. No matter what*, she thought. She hated leaving Rikki. She exited Rikki's mind and went to the only other person she could ask. *Julie? I'm in a bit of trouble...ok, a lot of trouble....you see, I'm kinda dead. I need you to get my body and take it back to the hotel room. If I'm healed fast enough, I'll live. Please Julie, I need you to help me! Silver's alive! Please hurry!*, She told Julie. She was NOT going to give up.

Alex sighed in relief as he heard Trainer tell him that Rikki had decided to go back. Alex had hoped there would be an alternative to killing Rikki, and it seemed his prayers was answered.

"That's good to hear, Trainer. Thanks for passing on the news. I'll tell Travis. Talk to you later." Travis looked at Alex intently.

"What was that about?"

Alex yawned and smiled at Travis. "Apparently the council has decided to give Rikkilyn the option of returning to the Darkness Kingdom and having a different punishment, well hopefully different than to die by our hands, and she took it." Alex was able to relax back a bit more towards his usual self. He had not much to worry about as now the only enemies left to fight was ones he didn't care as much about as Rikki and Angel. Angel was, unfortunately dead. Rikki would be scorned but hopefully alright. Alex looked at Angel's body and felt pity strike him. He shook his head. He looked at Travis, who didn't look pleased.

"That infuriating man! How I hate him so! I wish he would stay out of the affairs that don't concern him! That Dark Angel is a traitor and deserves to die a traitors death, like that one!" He said, pointing to Angel's body. He sighed and looked around, then back at Alex. He smiled at him. "Well I hope for the sake of sanity that they give her a public execution, perhaps a beheading?"

Alex looked away and wondered what would become of Rikki. He hoped the council would spare her.

-Raike looked as Angels body fell, now lifeless and cold. He had never felt much for her as a friend or anything ,but he still felt a little regret. He might have been able to help if he had been fast enough, but it was too late for that. Raike knew why both of them were there, they were here to capture and bring back the heir, which they thought to be him. Silently, but quickly, he packed his things into his jacket pockets, and stood at a slanted angle due to the shape of the building. He glared at Alex, staring coldly at him for a moment, then flipped both him and his brother off and jumped off the lightning rod, landing on the roof, and then began running down the side of the building. As he sped faster and faster, he could feel the glass cracking under the pull of his shoes, and the speed he was now going at. When he jumped off, he rolled slightly, then used his momentum to run even faster, farther from the area. He wasn't getting caught, no freaking way.-

Angel sensed Raike running away. *That's it. Run as fast as you can, as far as you can. Don't let my death have been in vain god damn it. I swear as soon as I'm healed I'm killing them both. Run Raike. Stay safe, my friend.*, she said. She would miss him a lot. He had an attitude problem, but she liked him.

Rikki wiped at her eyes, leaning her head against the wall behind her. This mission had not gone how she would have liked at all. She couldn't believe any of it. She closed her eyes, still crying. She wanted to say something, something to everyone, but she didn't have time. Then a thought struck her. She could tell everyone, everything at once.

She focused, looking for every mental pattern she knew. Alex, Raike, Silver, Gold, Julie, Josh, even what was left of Angel. She found each of them, and with strain, she sent them all the same message.

Everyone. I am returning home, where a punishment awaits me. This decision is truly selfish. I could not stand to watch anyone get killed. If I were the only one in danger, I would not return, but I am not, so I know I can't stay here. I can't watch Silver die again. I can't see anyone die, I just can't. I am truly sorry, to all of you. I have not been a very good friend, to any of you. And for that I apologize. I do not know what my punishment will be, if they decide to let me live. I hope you all do the best you can.

Angel, You are a good friend. You could be vain, but you would protect anyone you cared about, and I am glad to be one of them.

Silver, I missed you for so long. I pushed it all back. I fought it all. Now you are back, and I am leaving. You will always be like a brother to me.

Josh, I am glad you are okay. You gave me such a scare all those months ago. And I hope you will be alright.

Raike, I have a feeling, no, I know, that you are the heir to this Kingdom. After I heard what my father said, I just knew it. And that makes you my brother was well. I wish I could protect you, but I trust you to take care of yourself. Perhaps I will see you back at the Kingdom, if I live.

And Alex. Just in case I never get to say it again. If I die, or if something were to happen to you during this mission. I just want to say this: I love you. And I think I always will. I was once told the pain would ease, but would never completely leave. I say to same to you as I did Raike. Maybe we will see one another again, in the Kingdom. I wish you good luck, and I hope you come back to the Kingdom, weather I ever get to see you or not.

With that, she stopped, and fell back. She was exhausted. She closed her eyes, waiting for Trainer.

(OOC: I'll be right back! Gotta go take a shower! As I always say, don't be too busy while I'm gone. It's only gonna be about 30 minutes!!)

Angel sighed. *Rikkilyn, you were a great friend. I hope they let you live. Maybe someday I'll see you again. Stay strong, my sister. Never give up hope, understand? Never.* , Angel said. She was going to miss Rikki so much. They had known each other since they were little kids.

Julie heard Angel's voice go through her head.She picked up her bag and sprouted her wings.She was able to pin point the location it had came from.She had waited to long to return.She landed,and she saw angel's body lifeless.Julie looked at it with a confused look on her face as she shook her head.

"No no no no no no no no"Julie said staring at it.

Riley had left a while ago.Julie stared at the body.She knew it couldn't have been that long sence Angel had messaged her.

"Angel where are you?Your body is lifeless."Julie said inside her mind,focusing on Angel.She wasn't giving up on Angel.

As she waited the thought hit her Silver was alive.She felt relieved about that,but the thought left as soon as it came.

Angel sighed *Did you not pay attention? I said I was dead. Well, my body is dead, my soul, which is what is speaking to you right now, is very much alive. I need my body healed so I can return to it. I don't much care for these out of body experiances. They freak me out man. Hurry please.*, She said. She was next to Julie, staring at her own body. *Wow. I look like crap.*

Alex palmed as his head. He hadn't had someone enter his mind in a few months, so the sensation of having a thought planted into his mind felt like it was new. He quickly heard the message Rikki sent. He didn't want Travis to feel she was sending him messages lest she say something of importance, but Travis caught on. He looked at him.

"Well, what did she say? Some sort of goodbye I suppose?" Alex nodded at him.

Travis smiled at him, not trace of malice on his face, only in his words. "You be sure to pass on a message from me. Tell her that I wish her luck at the gallows, and pray her headless body finds her new home in the incinerator comfortable." Alex shook his head and sighed.

Travis focused around again, a smile still on his face. He could see the one called Raike show him a sign using his middle finger. Travis has studied that to be an insult, he merely smiled.

Alex spoke, "So, are we going after Raike?" Travis responded.

"No, we will let him be for now. Besides, I know that you can tell where he goes, isn't that right?" Alex look at him, confused.

"What do you mean, Travis?" Travis continued to smile.

"I am not talking to you, brother, I am talking to Adamanta. I know all about your sword. When the eye has been fixated on you in battle, it can locate the whereabouts of someone when it is activated, isn't that right?"

Adamanta's chilling voice rang through the air. "Yes, I suppose I could." Alex shifted uneasily. If he knew about that ability, then he must have wondered why they didn't use it months ago to look for Raike again, the answer would be being that Alex didn't know about it then, but Travis merely smiled and continued.

"Then we will use it to find him later. His speed would be of no consequence. For now, I wish to eliminate the other angels, including the Princes Silver and Gold, as well as Julie and the newcomer."

Alex nodded. They both spread out their wings and took off toward the direction of the others, the hotel.

"I'm sorry,I'm just so confused lately..."Julie said and she turned to her side and saw angel.

Julie closed her eyes and shook her head.

"So what do I do now?"Julie asked.

(I g2g to bed now I'll post asap)

Angel temporarily gave Julie her healing ability. *Heal me by putting your hand on the wound and let the energy flow through you. Hurry, they're going after Silver and Gold!*, she urged. She was desperate to help them.

Silver sensed everything that was happening. He had dropped to his knees, hands over his head as if he could rip his hair out, tears in his eyes.

"This isn't what's supposed to happen!!!"

He slammed his fists against the ground, and thewhole hotel shook. He was ready to scream until he died, but stopped himself. He fell silent, angry, but determined.

No... This is not what the Almighty trained me for... This is not how this ends."

~~~~~
Gold had already hopped out the window and quikly found Angel's body and placed it on a bed. He heard part of Silver talking.
"W-wait - The Almighty trained you!? Th-that means you can--"
Silver nodded.
~~~~~

"Yes, I can end this... You tend to Angel, heal her. I'll go stop Rikkilyn from trying to leave. Family never splits up."

He flew outside, catching Julie in his arms and flying with her. He had a lot of explaining to do. But he'd save that for a time when everyone's safe. (miley, did you read the post about Silver's return? My post? Please do...)

He found Rikkilyn grabbed her too.

"I don't care what you plan to do Rikkilyn, I'm not letting this family die and seperate. Almighty has given me uncomprehendable power, and I intend to use it, to save everyone."

With that, he flew them both back to the hotel. He added:

"Rikkilyn, you ever try to do something like that again, and I'll kick your ass."

Using her classic threat again. He hugged them both.

"I missed you guys so much..."

~~~~~
"Aaaaand, done!"
Gold finished healing Angel's body. He hugged it tightly.
"Please come back, Yogurt-girl... Don't ever leave me like this again..."
Alex and Travis landed on the roof of the hotel. Travis never let his smile leave his face. If anyone were to see him like this, they assume he was a nice, well-to-do person. His sunglasses mask parts of it, but his soul is filled with nothing but evil. Alex himself was a bit nervous whenever he gave him a smile. Travis looked around.
"Well I suppose we should ask the hotel manager which room they are located in." Travis and Alex sunk in their wings, and went to the front desk of the hotel.
"Excuse me, good sir, would you happen to know which room these fellows are staying in? They are my friends and I would so dearly love to see them again."
The hotel clerk looked over the pictures and looked back at the smiling Travis. He smiled back and spoke.
"Yes sir, I believe the are in room 13, if I'm not mistaken."
Travis replied back, "Thank you very much." Travis left to find the room number. Alex was behind him, guitar in hand. Travis looked him over. "Why do you carry that thing everywhere? It is so bothersome sometimes."
Alex shrugged. "I like it. It's a human innovation. It keeps me calm and relaxed." Travis laughed a bit.
"Well I suppose whatever makes you happy. You always were odd, Alex. But also lazy. I hope you're ready now. We have no time for that. Soon, we'll have the heir and be back home, and then if you intend to you may be as you wish."
Alex nodded. "Yes, yes. I know. Don't worry brother, I'm ready." Alex sighed. Travis continued to smile even up to when they reach the door. "Let's see...ah yes, 13. This must be it. Now then..." He knocked on the door calmly, "...no sense in making a big mess out of this. I want to know what these people are like before I kill them, though."
Alex knew exactly what he wanted to do. He didn't want to talk, he wanted to play with their minds, and their emotions. He wanted to twist and turn all of them like his puppets. And then, when they were torn and ruined, he would end their lives. He had seen him do it before. Alex never liked fighting pointlessly, but even he would fight when necessary, but Travis took it one step further. He made his victims suffer.
Alex waited as Travis knocked on the door.
Even though Rikki knew she had to leave, she was beyond happy to see Silver again. She knew she was still crying. She hadn't stopped.
She hugged Silver, letting herself cry, even sob a little. But Trainer would be here soon. It didn't matter where she was, he would find her, and he had to take her back. As much as she wanted to stay with all of them, she needed to leave. Maybe she could even bargain with the Council to spare some of them.
She pulled away from Silver, smiling. "God, I've missed you Silver. So much. And I love you, you know that. You're the closest thing to a brother I've known. But-" Rikki heard someone knock on their door.
"I'll wait here. Trainer will come for me soon. I'm leaving Silver. It's not debatable." with that, she sat down on her bed, waiting.
