Rikki rolled her eyes at Silver.

I'm still getting used to being in big groups. If you haven't noticed, I never spent a lot of time with a lot of people. And you guys are all coupled up . . .it's uncomfortable.

She rubbed her wrapped arm and sighed.

And I'm only asking him to stay, because I'd feel bad that he's on his own. And it's only until he can get his parents.

She looked at Silver for a minute, then turned her eyes back to the kid.

And we aren't splitting up, it's right next door, and we can all communicate easily with each other. I don't mean to be rude, but I'd prefer not to have two couples constantly around me, I can stand it for a while, but the whole 'lovey-dovey' thing will really start to get on my nerves.

Angel shifted back and pulled her wings in. She sensed the boys distress and got up, her wings hidden and her eyes were a deep blue, almost violet color. She walked to the door, curious to see the new arrival. What she saw was a boy, maybe 13 or 14 years old. He looked ready to cry. She saw Rikki's cell phone in his hand and didn't say anything. She knew Rikki was in a bad mood, and she didn't feel like getting her head ripped off tonight. The boy was kinda cute. He had aburn hair and green eyes. She stood there, silent for a moment. When she spoke, her voice was soft, gentle. Her eyes were warm and accepting. "Hey there. What's your name?" she asked. She knew Rikki was going to let him stay, and that made...8 including herself! *We need a bigger room*, she thought. She didn't look at the boy too long, not wanting him to feel uncomfortable. Her raven-black hair fell into her face, covering half of it. She leaned against the doorframe.

Julie looked at the phone book flipping through it blinking blankly.Then she sat it down next to her.

"I don't know."She said.

She looked at Rikki.

"I don't give a crap about what we do as long as me and Silver stay in the same room."She said then picked up the phone book and handed it to Silver.

"Again,I dunno,so yeah its up to you."She said.

She relised she almost called him Wolfy and laughed to herself.She looked at Rikki.

"I just realized,sorry,my statement towards you came out mean."She said.

She looked at the kid that was now in the hotel room.

"At this rate we're not ganna have enough air to breath."She said a hint of laughter in her voice.

She double checked her wings were folded in,which they were.She looked downwards.While the boy wasn't looking she put in lightblue contacts and turned her head back upwards.If he said anything about her hair she'd say its a wig.

Silver smirked. He was going to make some clever comment after she said she's not into 'lovey-dovey' stuff, but he held it in, knowing she was not thinking of Alex now, and the comment would just make her sad again.

"You shouldn't hate love, Rikkilyn, it's one of the most powerful emotions we have..."

He hugged her and sighed, sitting with Julie again.

"I just don't like the thought of being in different rooms... Are you going to finish your father's message?"

He knew she stopped it before it ended. He looked serious.

"I heard it, it was obviously very important, and the last part couuld also be important..."

Rikki sighed and walked over to her bed, sitting down on it. She sent a glare to everyone in the room. "And this is my bed, got it?"

She laid back, going back and forth from looking at the ceiling to glancing at the other people in the room.

And I don't hate love Silver. I've just had very little experience with it. And so far, it hasn't been very nice to me.

She put a pillow over her head, groaning. She didn't want to hear her Father's message.

Not now Silver.

Then she thought about the room thing again.

If you really don't wanna split. . . . then I guess it won't kill me to stay in one place with all of you. But keep the 'lovey-dovey' buisness to a minimum, its just plain weird.

Angel sat on her and Gold's bed. She gave Rikki a small salute. "Understood Rikki", she said, laughter in her tone. Angel's wings were starting to itch, bad. She simply put it out of her mind. She was then attacked by a bout of serious dizzyness. She groaned softly. She pulled a blanket over herself, facing everyone. She was still burning up. She had her head on a pillow. "Do you need me for anything else Rikki? Cause if not I'm passing out for a while, as I still feel like crap. So", she said, looking at the new kid. "Hope you like it here. I'm Angel by the way" She closed her eyes and waited.

(Wow, you guys got busy... :) )

Alex shrugged when the human in the wheelchair was unresponsive. He assumed the angels had spoken bad about dark angels, so he decided to just leave her be, as she was probably scared.

"Very well then, with that, I am off. I guess I'll see you around, or maybe not." He smiled and departed away from her. Alex thought about taking out his guitar and playing it for a bit before putting that thought out of his mind. He walked aimlessly, really not sure where to go for a while. He noticed he had made his way closeby the hotel. He was, in fact, standing right next to it. He saw the window that belonged to them. Alex wondered if the angels were all up there. He then wondered if the human was there. He thought to himself, staring up there.

That human boy was the only one we encountered that had powers. Moreover, Rikki had asked him to stay in the group. Could he really be...? Alex shrugged to himself. It was possible...but what can I do about it now?

Alex observed silently outside the hotel.

Rikki sighed and threw the pillow at the wall. That stupid message was bothering her. She knew she needed to finish it, but she couldn't right now. She stood up, and started pacing around the room. There were too many people for her liking, but she guessed she could get used to it.

She started thinking about the message again. She had given up her right to their Kingdom years ago, and now he tells her they intended for her to be a part of it all along. Why did he choose now to tell her she had a brother? Why didn't he tell her before? It didn't make any sense. She needed to clear her head.

She pulled back the curtain of the window to check the sky then sighed. She couldn't fly with the kid watching. But she needed to fly. She bit down on her lip and turned around.

"I'm gonna climb up to the roof. I'll be back down in a little bit." it was the easiest lie to make, and she could jump onto the roof so where the kid couldn't see her, then she could take off.

She put her feet up on the windowpane, and hoisted herself up. She managed to make it up to the roof, a little out of breath. It had hurt her arm to do any of that climbing. She looked her arm over while she sat on the roof, and groaned. Maybe she hadn't been thinking too clearly when she'd done that.

She looked up at the sky. She was gonna go for a fly, but that could wait for a few minutes while she caught her breath. She unwrapped the gauze from around her arm and looked at it. She winced, it looked like a pretty bad burn.

Stupid move, Rikkilyn.

Alex couldn't be sure, but right now, it was the best lead he had. How often was there a human with powers? After all, Trainer said it was clearly a human between 16-19, and that one fit the description. Alex sat down on a nearby bench and pondered how he would be able to get to the human without running into any of the other angels, or worse, Rikki. He sat and cursed himself for not going after the human while he had a chance.

Adamanta slowly whispered from his sheath. "What are you doing just sitting, Alex?"

"I'm trying to figure out how to get into that hotel and finding the human. Damn it, I should have gone after him." He smiled a bit, and thought to himself. Curse my laziness.

Silver was still connected to Rikkilyn, mostly because he wanted to be sure she was safe.

Your arm looks pretty painful...

His gentle voice appeared in her head.

When you come back, I have some herbs and medicine that will help... Be safe, sis...

He cared about her. And he still calls her 'sister'. And 'Rikkilyn'. She doesn't get mad about it. Maybe with Silver, she was used to hearing her name. He sighed and went to the other two-person bed and layed with Julie, kissing her cheek.

"I love you, Jewel..."

He smiled. His scar seemed to glint a bit. He sighed and sat up, leaning against the backboard, and unwrapping his arms. The gauze was dirty, covered in blood. He assessed the damage.

A few burns... The cuts were scarring, but some still bled... His knuckles were still destroyed, skin torn and bloody, the whole thing disturbing to see. He sighed and looked at Julie, a sad expression on his face.

"Can you please rewrap my hands...?"

His question was very quiet, sad, he regretted all of it.

I may be wearing wraps for the rest of my life... I must be really stupid... What if she starts to hate me of thing I'm ugly because of my arms...?

He frowned. Now he was worried.

~~~~~
Gold came out of the shower, wearing long tan sweats. He glanced at Silver's unwrapped arms, and his face scrunched with disgust.
Great, it's too far for even magic to heal...
He sighed. He put an ice pack on Angel's forehead, hoping it will help, and crawled into bed with her. His hair was just dried, so it was flattened against his head. He noticed anew kid, and Rikki missing, and the other human boy listening to music. He sighed.
"I think we should just order a few pizzas, ones that we all like, and whoever's hungry can eat, and whenever people leave or come back, they can have some..."
Rikki jumped a little when she heard Silver's voice. She sighed. He was right, it was painful, extremely so. She rubbed her hand across the burn, wincing constantly, and sighed.
I don't feel like flying Silver. I'm gonna go for a walk, kay?
She looked at the distance between the roof and the ground. She could probably make it without any problems. So, rationalizing that she'd be fine, she jumped. She pulled her wings out a little so she wouldn't land on the ground as hard. When she did land, a little pain shot up her legs, but that was from the force of the land. She shook her leg then tucked her wings back in.
Silver, I want you to promise me something. If we run into Alex, and we have to fight him, let me fight him, on my own.
That thought had occurred to her earlier, and she had come to a decision. If they had to fight Alex, she would challenge him to a one on one. Somehow or another, she'd make him listen to her.
Silver sighed.
You know, I'll come with you...
He landed easily and caught up to her, changing to his wolf form. Not it looked like a girl walking a dog. Simple.
You fighting alone... I can tell you want to reason with him... Fine. But if I get the feeling he's going to kill you, don't be mad when I jump in to protect you. Plus, Gold and his sword, Jade... They want to fight Alex and Adamanta... I can make him stay still though...
Silver's tail twitched with anxhiety as he walked, keeping her pace.
And I'll stop asking about your father's message... You can finish when you feel ready... I don't want to push you, Rikkilyn... Sis...
He nuzzled his head against her leg.
He glanced at his wrecked front paws, and realized he had left before Julie could wrap them.
I don't think my arms are ever going to recover...
His tail dropped a bit and his ears folded back, his eyes soft.
I'm so stupid... I'm going to have to live the rest of my life with wrapped hands, because I'm a fool...
He felt tears drip from his muzzle but he kept walking with her.
Rikki was actually glad that Silver came with her. She didn't particularly want to be alone. She smiled when he said he'd protect her.
You don't have to protect me Silver. But I appreciate it.
She shook her head, thinking about her Father's message. She wasn't going to comment on that.
She heard him talking about his arms and she stopped walking. She got down on her knees and rubbed his head.
Hey, c'mon, stop that. You aren't stupid, and you aren't a fool.
She smiled a little and hugged him.
I love you Silver. she pulled back, rubbing his head again. In a brother/sister kind of way.
He smiled at the petting.
Love you too sis...
(In a brother/sister way XD )
He frowned and his head hung.
But I am stupid... I've caused irreversable damage to my arms, and it looks horrible... And I know I don'thave to protect you...
Since she was now kneeling by him, he rested his head on her knee.
But I want to protect you...
He pondered something.
The human, or whatever he is, back at the hotel... Isn't it possible he could be the heir? Humans don't normally have powers you know...
Rikki bit down on her lips and nodded.
That was the initial reason why I asked Raike to stay with us. Thinking about it now. . . . if he does whined up being the heir. . . . that would make him my brother as well.
Rikki smiled a little bit.
Silver, you are the farthest thing from stupid. As for your arms. . . . . since water is my specialty, I can manipulate the water to help heal your arms. I'll do the best I can.
Rikki stood up straight and took in a deep breath. There weren't many people around. She sighed and leaned against a gate. She pulled her device out of her pocket and looked it over. She needed to watch it, to finish it. She gulped, but she wasn't sure if she could.
Alex must have been sitting there for a while. He was deep in thought. The human was there, in the hotel, and Alex began putting the pieces together, and they were making sense more and more. Alex sighed. He got up, wondering if he should head for the hotel. The likelihood he would run into them was very high, and he was sure he would have a conflict with them. He didn't want to deal with them right now, he didn't expect he'd have to run into them so soon. Alex sighed. He decided to take a gamble and take a quick flight around the hotel to see if he could spot something from the window for a brief moment. Alex took off from the bench, and made a quick round around the hotel, and spotted someone on the roof. Alex cursed under his breath, hoping whoever it was didn't spot him back. He quickly landed on a roof close by the hotel and hid in the shadows.
Rikki sighed and went to her Father's message. She didn't want to hear what else he had to say, but she didn't have a choice, she needed to hear it. She pressed play.
"Rikkilyn. Despite what everyone was led to believe. You were all chosen for your powers specifically. We chose Alex and Angel to be your companions because they would balance you out. We knew they would be able to handle you. We knew that, despite how troublesome you would be, you would protect them by any means necessary. And we were right. The three of you are the perfect team, and you are at your strongest when you are all together."
Rikki scoffed. "Try telling them that." she mumbled.
"Rikki, I know you don't like getting close to people. And that you'd rather keep everything to yourself. But I warn you now, if you truly care about someone, do not take them for granted. That is what I did with your mother, and I managed to lose her. That brings me to what I want to talk to you about. Your mother."
Rikki pressed stop. She took in a breath and looked around, wiping at the tears that were forming in her eyes. She wasn't going to cry. Not now.
(OOC: Thats all for me for tonight! I won't be on until after school. Try not to be too active while I'm gone! :) )
Angel could feel Gold lay next to her. *The new boy is very young. Only 13 or 14 years old. Rikki let him use her cell phone, I suspect he was calling his mother. The poor thing looked ready to cry when I went out there. And there's a very strong possibility that we will be moving to a bigger hotel room. There's seven of us now. You, me, Silver, Julie, Rikki, Raike, and the new boy. It's a bit crowded, so expanding is probably for the best. You missed me changing into a dragon the size of a great-dane*, she thought. She would have to work on keeping her powers in check until Rikki says we can show the boy.
Silver listened, and noticed the toll it was taking on Rikkilyn. He whimpered a little bit and gave her shoulder a reassuring nuzzle.
You don't have to keep playing it... Only do what you can manage...
He frowned now, looking back at his paws.
No, it's been far too long, my knuckles are ruined... And the cuts are scars...
He sighs, still repeating himself.
I'm so stupid...
This time, he felt a tear drip down his muzzle, then another, and another...
Something made Angel get up and look out the window. She closed her eyes and sent a high pitched, sonar sound wave out to the area. She snapped her eyes open and hissed loudly. Her eyes turned black with no white to be found, cold, angry. She whipped around. "He's here.", she hissed. She looked at Gold. "He's blocking his mind, but I can guess as to what he wants." She looked at Raike. She shuddered, still sick, but remained standing. She gathered all her strength and healed herself, chasing down and getting rid of the infection that plauged her. After 5 minutes she sat down on the floor. She shook her head and looked at Gold, her blue/violet eyes had been glassy, they were now clear and bright. "You said something about pizza? Cause that sounds really good right now. Mushroom and pineapple pizza for me, please", She said, extremely hungry.
