Hello to all,

I am a game developer and have recently been getting into the ROM hacking side of life as a means to take a break from the monotony of
programming for extended periods of time. (BECAUSE AS ANY PROGRAMMER WOULD DO, THE WAY TO GET A BREAK FROM PROGRAMMING
IS TO PROGRAM SOMETHING ELSE.) I joined this forum to get a bit of help, mainly when it comes to modding Gen. I events, as I am having
quite a bit of trouble getting started with it, that said, this is not the thread or the right part of the forum for such a discussion, I will be scouring
past post to see if I can answer my questions myself, if not, there will probably be a post from me soon.

Have to say thanks, because some of the post on this thread have helped me when I have hit brick walls.

Hey there, welcome to the forums. I do exactly the same thing when I'm sick of my work related programming... A break from coding something I HAVE to by coding something I WANT to - my other half says it doesn't make sense.
