I like the speed form most, considering it's not a Uber (I dislike using Ubers).

Though I do like the Speed Form, I am most fond of its Normal Form. It looks cooler when 1 arm is actually an arm and the other the double helix.
However, I am not at all a fan of Deoxy's Ruby and Sapphire sprite.

Let's look at this from a competative battling point of view. In ubers, Deoxys-e is outclassed nearly entirely by Deoxys-a, except for that exrtra 30 base speed. It's spiker form is completely outclassed by it's Defense form, and it's still inferior to the Normal Form. So, we kick D_E down to OU and watch it wreck havoc. As a lead, Deoxys-e does poorly considering the mass amount of Bronzong around. Still, it's insane movepool, unmatched speed, and potential to outrun the fastest Choice Scarfers makes it an obvious choice for a revenge killer. D_E is easily one of the most threatening forces today in the OU Metagame.

Back to the big boys. Normal form is completely outclassed by the Attack form. Just because it has a teeny bit more defenses, those loss of attack hurt it a lot, especially since it's defenses suck as they are. Defense and Attack play two different, roles, and both are insane in their own respect, but Deoxys-a is the more threatening. It's as if you will almost always kill something when using it.

I do love the Attack form though. Very majestic and very powerful.

Phail. Deoxys-E was not moved down because of how well it fared in Ubers; that would defeat the purpose of Ubers being an OU banlist. Deoxys-E was theorized as to not being too broken for OU and was moved down after a tournament (which was admittedly not the best way of checking for brokeness).

Personally, I'm game for any form. Mainly because the very idea of being able to change form (at will if you go by the movie) is awesome. I do slightly lean towards using the Attack form, though.

Not Phail at all Mag =[ I know how the uber system works, I was just candy-coating my post. But D-E seems broken because of it's insane movepool. Too many things wall it, like Metagross, Bronzong, etc...

Well, not going by competitive standards, seeing as I'm not a part of that, my vote goes to defense Deoxys. :D

So what if Deoxys-E is allowed in OU (a decision I am fairly sure will be overturned eventually)? Does that mean people should automatically prefer it?

Personally, I would have to go with the sleek look of the Attack Form.

Following the same route as Silver, since I'm not really completely into the competitive side of the games, I'd have to say I'm not really a big fan of any of the Deoxys forms. Though to say that, Deoxys has always been near the bottom of the list of preferred Legendary Pokemon.

Though I suppose if I were to choose one, not going by Competitive Battling opinions, I'd have to choose the Normal Form.

With my deoxys I use attack form only because i happened to get 30 IV's in atk/sp atk and a mild nature.

I didn't say that people should automatically prefer it. >:(

But that's the reason why I automatically prefer it. Hey, my favorite Pokemon are the ones I use to battle- it only makes sense that a Pokemon I can actually use would be my favorite.
