Has anyone played this game yet? The ending was a bit cute but left a huge loophole. If you played it you know what I mean.

Spoiler:

Cute how Harry just appears like that holding a sleeping Pikachu in his arms. Though I have no idea what happened to Deoxys when the building blew up. I know it turned back into its egg form but then it fell down the shaft. I hope it didn't die. It's not its fault Merdoch was in its body. Deoxys itself had no idea what was going on. It's innocent and shouldn't die cause of that.

I've watched a playthrough on YouTube. The game is disappointing and lazy, so I'm not surprised at the ending. It's as headscratching as you've described.
