Yea, I just need some good in-game training spots, because I am doing the PowerHouse challenge, with Lanturn, its Lv. 68, except it is still not good enuf, I need some good efficient training spots, not Victory Road, for me that is slow, I am up to the E4, and failed on Lucian. I need some good trainers that I can use the Vs. Seeker with, please help and thanks. :)

If you don't mind EV training, Stark Mountain is generally a popular spot to train for levels outside of the Elite Four. Some trainers inside the mountain itself should provide some good Exp.

Yeah, Stark mountain is probably the best place to train, since it has the highest leveled trainers besides the elite four. Another good place would be turneback cave, sinc eit has pokemon levels as high as Lv.66! It's like tthe sky pillar or cerulean cave of the Sinnoh reigon

People fail to realise that this is pre-National Dex; they haven't got access to those locations, yet. Anyway, for a Lanturn, you might be best on the route leading to Victory Road. Problem being, its a Surfing route, and naturally, takes ages to travel across.

If Vs. Seeker Opponent Level Increasing works, pre-National Dex, the first Psychic you come across has two Pokemon that dish out some nice experience. Be forewarned of the Gengar, though. I do believe it has Destiny Bond, at later levels. Unfortunately, though... that is about the only one I can recall that gives decent experience points and is in a location accessible before the National Dex is obtained. =\

Kilala, from Inuyasha! lol. I named my Eevee Shippo.

I really like the spot right before Sunnyshore City. What I did was get that crazy policeman to stop right next to the boy and the two sailors by the gate. The policeman and the sailor closest to the gate dish out nice XP. However one sailor has a Mantyke and the boy has a Remoraid and they give out lame XP. However, your Lanturn is around level 68, so it'd probably be kinda tough at this spot.

Either that or maybe you can try what I'm doing right now. I'm taking each one of my Pokemon one at a time and battling the Elite 4 until I lose. I've got a Chansey with me for Softboiled. It also suffices as a Pokemon that I can switch out in the middle of a battle in case the one I'm leveling up faints. So far I've taken my Golduck and Rampardos up 10 levels (53-63) and am hoping to get my whole party to around 66 or 68 (I had previously made it all the way to the champion using my entire party [around levels 52-54] but got owned by a certain dragon Pokemon haha).

Just a suggestion.

I'm trying to think of a snappy nickname for my Ninetales. Any suggestions?

I was searching Google one day and came across this site..

Pet Names

I used quite a few of those names on my Pokemon.
Once again, just suggesting haha.

That depends. If you want to use Giratina for getting around places and not for battles, then yes, teach it Fly. If you want to use it for battling however, like most moves that take two turns to hit, they allow the opponent to switch into a Pokemon that can take the hit and/or beat it. So, in the case of battling, no. Fly and most other moves like it are teh suckage.

You make a good point. However, I don't yet have wi-fi and the in-game trainers are too dumb to swap out their pokemon when the move is used. Having said that, I don't think I will teach it fly. Seems a bit of a waste.

Thanks

I was reading through the previous posts and I began to wonder. Can you even get pokemon that are not on your national dex through the GTS?

No. You need to at least have "seen" a Pokemon and get a partial Dex entry to be able to search for it. The catch-22 is the only way to get a partal entry is to see it in the wild (though I've heard Union Room battles also count).

Pal Park, and the like!

Well, I recently tried using my FR to migrate my old team to Diamond, and when I looked for the Migrate option on the main menu it wasnt there... so I switched off my ds, checked FR was in right, started up FR out of curiousity... and it said my saved game was deleted! ...I think I heard somewhere that my FR could be a copy from an emulator version as it says "Save game ok." when I start it up and continue from my saved game? Is this true? I'm gutted I cant use my pokemon from FR... or am I doing something wrong?? Please help!!
