I think the only difference would be the date it was obtained. The website says that if you already downloaded it at Toys R Us, you can't get another one. So I would assume that everything else is the same.

My mew is currently being used in a freinds game. Its lv 100. Its ot is aura. Is it because i dont have the last badge deoxsys and mew wont obey?

They all seem legit. But i'm not sure about the Lucario. I have a PALCITY Lucario and the OT is Male, not Female. They could be either though.

I'm confused

I traded a Ev'ed blazican to my friend (let him import it would be a better term). And as soon as he got he started to give it vitamins... this is what confuses me it had an effort ribbion on my ruby (showing it had 510 ev's), and i counted ev's but its now eating vitamins what gives???

One of you may have used berries 21-27 to increase its happiness, lowering its EVs in the process. That's the only explaination.

Can someone tell me how Gardevoir learns Wish and Togekiss learns Tri Attack? Smogon says they can but I couldn't find how in Serebii's pokedex nor via Emerald Move Tutor.

It "learns" it at level 17. SInce it will be over this level when you get it you will need to go to the move tutor in pastoria and exchange a heart scale for tuition.

Togepi needs to be purified in pokemon XD. After doing this it learns it.
