4th Gen Did you buy the Japanese version or did you wait for it to come out where you live?

I cannot speak Japanese so the Japanese version would have been useless to me, I waited.
 
i waited for it to come out here, because i didnt have a job and the games were my bday presents from my parents
 
I pirated the Japanese version and gave up at the Lake of Rage and later pirated the US version and gave up at the Pokemon League. I then bought the Australian version and proceeded to beat the whole game.

I waited for it to come out here in the UK. Because most of my PKMN games are US versions. I wanted to own a UK version of a game for once. XD
 
I waited. I tried the Japanese ROM and playing a game in a language that isn't yours sucks big time.
 
I was supposed to get the jap. version last christmas, but my dad didnt read the article carefully on amazon. (shouldve had a V8 moment) So I had to wait until the day it was released in stores, and boy there was a long line. Im glad I got their when they opened early.
