Did you ever hate Pokemon?

I think Mum will let me get an SP when I finish school. I've been asking her to let me get a Gameboy since I was 7.
 
I already got 3 sps so far... too bad. I did ignore pokemon before, couldnt see what was the fuss about a lame game... Then my brother bought it back, and I started to play it and it was actually quite fun...:D
 
THREE SPs? *dies of complete and utter jealousy* My friend has two...

I have three, but one is already broken. I have this two colored gbasp which is limited edition, and I wanna get one that is white and red, another limited edition.
 
Wow, I don't even have a normal edition, let alone limited edition. I live in hope... XD
 
They cost AU$200. *multiplies by 0.75* That's about US$150.
 
Yeah I used to think it was some stupid thing for little kids. Then one day about 1.5 years ago I happened to play a Blue ROM and I was totally hooked.

It was about $100 in Toys'r'us. But it was on sale because I got it on Christmas and it was only $85.

What rich familiy did you come from bna li? Three sp's.
*sweatdrops* I have one of each.
1 regular gamboy, 1 gameboy pocket, 1 gameboy color, 1 gameboy advance and 1 GBA sp. Three sp's are worth more than all of those together.
 
I have a bunch of limited edition Pok?mon GBCs?every time a new one would come out I?d preorder it. ._.;

My cousin has it. *Sigh*
I could've traded him for my old plain one
but I forgot to ask. :P

Since it looked too much like Pikachu to me at the time so I said"Oh
look! That's a big Pikachu." :P
Then after I heard Raichu's name, I had trouble pronouncing it.
I kept calling it "Raychu." XD

I used to say yellow as "lellow" for a long while.......but that's besides the point hehe....

Same here bna li! Every Christmas, I plan out the rest of the year and mark all the games I want to get. It's probably the only thing that I use my organizational skills for hehe.....
 
Nah, I've never hated Pokemon. =\ I've been a little uninterested, but I've never hated it. I got hooked after watching some kid play PKMN Red and I eventually got that game and a gameboy and... well... never looked back. =P I certainly owe my continued devotion to the fandom to message boards like this one... otherwise I'd probably just forget about it like so many of my friends have. It's a good thing they have me to pester them back in. XD!

Actually, before I knew what Pokemon was, I was in grade 3 and these guys used to draw Pikachu on the same sheet of paper as "Mr Hankey the Christmas Poo" from South Park... so I thought they were from the same show. XDXD;;
