I've been wanting to replay RF4 for ages but have just been too lazy to, even though the game's currently in my 3DS. (Yay for laziness!)

Maybe I should motivate myself to replay it. Hmm...

I use Raven as a Face Claim/Played By for RPing, ffffff. I also got really close to marrying her in my second file of RF3 but then got lazy and stopped. Given, I started the file after marrying Pia in the first one, so XD Also, laziness is my typical excuse for not completing a video game 8D ...And for practically anything else I stop doing.

I lost track of your alts a long time ago. :P

Also I'm debating whether to go all out and get RF4 for the 3DS or just play the RF3 ROM. I've already played RF1 but I need to finish it LOL. XD

So did I! :D This is the last account, though, I swear!

RF4 is very much worth getting. It's better than RF3 in a lot of ways. The only thing I disliked was that most of the sub-events were random, since all the characters have one-three sub-events you must do before getting married to them. (iirc Dolce's the only exception because her only required sub-event is mandatory after you save her.) However, RF3 has more candidates for the male and doesn't require completing certain random sub-events (though you have to do all the character's main requests, but those aren't random), and is also fantastic in its own way.

In Rune Factory 4 you can! (She's the girl in my signature! :3) You can also be one in RF2, but only in the second half; you have to be male in the first half. Additionally, you're a child and can't get married (though you can date!). There's also a female protag. in Tides of Destiny, but iirc she's trapped in a male body and there aren't as many male marriage candidates.

Best thing about RF4's female protag is that she's voiced by Laura Bailey <3

But yeah. I always give this disclaimer, but if you're gonna play any of the RFs prior to 3, play 3 and 4 afterwards. Not because it's necessary for story, but because 3 and 4 are so much better that it's hard to get back into the original 2.
