My headcanon is that natural-born Alicorns, like Celestia and Luna are truly immortal, whereas ascended Alicorns, like Cadence and Twilight (a Pegasus and Unicorn originally respectively) are still mortal
Hence why Twilight won't outlive her friends, unless they all get assimilated into the Smooze at the end of Season 5
Song was like something from a couples karaoke night and I love it when they play around with other art styles. Commie actually made that quite a bit better with the yellow subs.
I have a feeling I'm about to enter a barren [for me] spell where it comes to anime watching, so no rewatches after this first part of Aria. No motivation to catch up on airing, even though I was enjoying most of it. Burnout mixed with wanting to do other things with my dwindling free time. Can still get through manga during the day though so there is that.
inb4 Spring reels me back in, and if it doesn't I'm sure Summer will. Well, if I'm right in assuming Symphogear will be airing.
Symphogear is so good it doesn't even really need animation.
I want to marathon something. Haven't properly done that in a very long time (the last time I tried was S2 of SAO however, but that didn't go particularly well). Where does one find the motivation to keep watching? How does one immerse oneself enough to end up in the Void?
Maybe I should just go for a one-cour series I've never watched before that looks compelling. And find some light snacks that don't overstay their welcome or make too much sound.
