DNA Alter + Corrupt (Trying again)

The Persian's were mistaken for humans and were allowed to go to places where only humans are allowed. They learned how to create weapons of mass-murder and wiped out the Pokemon world.

I alter Rattata's DNA to make it stronger than the strongest Pokemon.
 
Everyone would be catching ratatas, leaving the rest of the Pokes to die out.

I alter Jynx's DNA so that it becomes male.
 
They can no longer breed and die out.

I alter Entei's DNA so it is super slow.

I alter Mew's DNA so that it can interbreed with humans.

I alter Mewtwo's D.N.A so that it has a compassionate heart like Mew.

The they are just lame.

I alter Caterpies D.N.A that it evolves into Sephiroth instead of Metapod.
(Unhealthily fanatical of Sephiroth)
 
Unfortunately this new evolved form is even weaker than Metapod.
