Do you have something you have to do/eat/drink every morning that you don't seem to function properly without?

For me, the title is very representative of me. If I don't have my coffee in the morning, I don't function properly, I'm very cranky, and everyone within 10 feet of me is in danger. (Well, not really on the last one, but you get the point).

I always need a cup of tea before I leave for school, it always seems to be the only thing I'm able to put through my mouth because I seem to always be in a hurry, never get any breakfast until I go to the cafeteria during break.

But yeah, I just feel less active if I don't get meh cuppa in the morning.

    Well,I don't get cranky,or dangerous,if I don't drink/eat something, but I must admit that if I don't eat anything before going to school,I don't function properly,I'm less active,feel sleepy,etc.

The newspaper. If it allows me to read the newspaper and the consequences aren't looking too grave, I will sacrifice almost anything I should do with a much higher priority in the morning.

I don't need it specifically in the morning, but if I don't have some soda for a while I tend to get slightly irritable due to light headaches forming.

There was a time a few weeks ago when I ran out of tea. I set myself a little challenge accordingly: "I wonder how long I can go without it? Maybe a week? Maybe even two!?" So, I didn't have my usual 3 cups of tea in the morning before leaving the house... and I became a cranky mo'fo like nobody's business. Suffice to say, after a week was up, the first thing I did was rush to the shops to buy some tea in bulk. Sweet, sweet relief!

Milk, I always need milk, because if I don't. Then I feel not complete throughout the day. -.- .. Water counts too. :'P

Coffee does nothing for me, tea just tastes good, and I usually don't even have breakfast, so, no, I don't have anything like that. xD The only thing that propels me through the day is a good night's sleep. I have yet to find anything that gives me any boost.

I always have milk after breakfast every morning. It functions pretty much like coffee to me because I think it's an important part of a good breakfast.

I have to have peanut butter toast. It sounds weird, but I've become so addicted to peanut butter that I begin to crave it and be unableto concentrate if I haven't had it by midday.

Nope, I can function without eating till 1pm - 2pm when waking up at 6:30am.
My body just runs on nothing.

Also, I don't drink tea or coffee.

For me this is breakfast. It doesn't have to be big, but if I don't even have a spot of food in the morning then I just can't function.

It was even worse a few years ago, where as soon as I woke up in the morning and my mother said something to me I would just brush her off with an unidentified, loud, somewhat snarl-like sound. I would then proceed to be scowling and incredibly cranky until I had nourishment of some kind. I would then go apologise to everyone. xD
Now, I don't really get cranky any more. Just tired and nonfunctional. :3

ALSO: This reminds me of this:

I should probably drink coffee because I'm so sleep deprived that it's not even funny, but honestly coffee really upsets my stomach. So mountain dew it is!

I just want a big cup of tea and something to eat, which isn't too cold on my stomach (like fruit, nty in the morning). I just really want everyone to stay away from me in the morning untill I've had the time to settle a bit lol. In general actually when I'm hungry, I want everyone to leave me alone XD

Typically I drink some soda in the morning once I'm at work. However, this isn't completely necessary for me to be in a good mood...
    ...I think. :x
It's just easier for me to function after a bit of caffeine. I'm not much of a morning person; I just hate getting up, even if I get enough sleep in theory. Soda gets me perked up a bit faster than if I did it without it. I wish I wasn't so used to it, soda's bad for me. D:

Actually, I'm fine in the mornings without any sort of daily craving/pick-me-up. I don't drink coffee, and the teas I normally drink are herbal stuff. And even then, it's not too often. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a morning person at all; I just... suck it up, I guess?
