    Well... I like to recieve PMs ^__^
    Its cool to know that someone PMd ya...
    But... Some PM are so unusable... The i delete'em now :P

    A PM? I recieve so few, I hardly remember what they are anymore! my buddy recieves a whole lot though... course, sometimes not being known very well can be a good thing. especially since I'm a loner anyway..

    Its fun when I get PMs from people who compliment me or worship me. It always raises my ego. Here's a few I got at another forum:

    "if u ever quit could i ahve ur acotu. i knwo this is rude and mean but im jw. lolololol"
    When I "retire" he wants my name for reputational purposes.

    "sup man im new here i saw ur name and it caught my i cause i love zelda....."
    What is it with people and my name?

    It depends on what kind of PMs I get. I won't mind if anyone PM me asking any questions, but useless ones like advertising of websites are what I don't like. I won't mind if the website looks good, actually =P

    well PM advertisement is no longer allowed... so really that won't be happening anymore (I hope)
     
    Yeah, I like just about any PM. As long as they're friendly...I'm cool with that! Mostly, I'm the one initiating the PM conversations and whatnot; but, I usually get the same number/responses back. Sometimes I'll occasionally get people asking me questions or if I can be added to their friends list. ^_^ Sometimes I have huge, long essay conversations that never seem to end, lol. Either way, I enjoy receiving them.

    Another thing: I also don't mind PMs asking me whether I allow them to add me to their buddy list, but they don't really need to ask (in my case). It's up to them, not me =P
     
    Private messages...I do like them quite a lot, they're really convenient... no one ever private-messages me just wanting to talk or anything though :P
     
    Lol, I remember at the beginning of PC, I use to send and receive so many PM's I had to pretty much averagely clean my PM box out daily. That kept on going for a while, and it was very cool to get to know other people, and it was fun getting PM's ^^

    Don't get me wrong, I still like getting PM's now, as much as I use to. But the PM's I've received seemed to cut drastically since I got MSN messenger, because a lot fo people I PM'ed with have that. There are some people that don't have MSN, so I'm more than happy to talk to them via PM's

    It was a royal pain in the butt to do an interview over it though, plus my pizza was going to get cold. ;p

    Ahh, they?re? fine I guess. A good way to leave a message for later, and to contact someone about little things. Andy and I have such a big PM box it?s easy to forget we even have a limit. ~XP
     
    i'm a guy, i don't get pms... oook that was bad, all apologies. well, i don't get PMs either, except if they're replies, and replies are nice, because most of the time you PM to get a reply.
     
    Yeah there awsome, I talk to my pair through them.
    If its a day where were talking alot I will get over around 30 PMs that day. Sheesh its a lot of typing from AIM to Posts to PMs. I wonder how many letters I type a day(sorry off topic) 0_o

    Tell me about it (good thing I have a lot of space, better then like it was on the old PC where I would have it full every day XD).

    PMs don't matter to me. I get a lot of PMs to do Mod work I also get PMs from friends wanting to talk (I wake up every day and have PMs in my inbox, no joke it's rare that I don't wake up without one). PMs are an every day thing for me so I don't think about them much.
     
    I like to get them, as long as they're from someone that I enjoy talking to. I get a lot that are just Morderator-related things, so there isn't much conversation going on. Though, I still do get a few from friends. One of my bad habits, though, is forgetting to reply to them. o_o; I've done that many times.
     
    Well I think I recieved a lot....before. :P
    Most of them were most of them were asking me to be friends with them..*sniff* I'm touched. XD
     
    I HATE getting advertisement PMs, and not to mention I dislike getting PMs too. Why? Cus I have to reply =P Its tiring, and I don't even get PM counts!
