Do You Eat Orange Peels?

Iirc, the orange peel can be used as a zest because I'm pretty sure eating a peel alone would be bitter. :P

For banana peels, apparently it can be used to make smoothies.

I did once in the form of chocolate covered orange peel. It was gross.
