    Yeah I am asking if any of you guys exercise? And if you do, what exercises do you do? Like for me I usually do the treadmill, the bike, the crossramp, walking around my apartment, do exercises with my balance ball, etc. I also take aerobic classes too. My favorite one so far is Water Jogging. It is so fun. <3

    I used to hate exercising, but now I really love it. ^_^

    I don't exercise often. XD
    Truly I don't really need to.. high metabolism ftw.
    But when I do exercise I take walks or ride a bike.
     
    I play a sport at least 5 out of 7 days a week for like, two hours each time. I use the treadmill / swim occasionally, but I really don't go to the gym or anything.
     
    I try my best to do it on a daily basis, but life is so hectic that I might forget one day and the next.

    I do 25 push-ups, 25 knuckle push-ups, 50 sit ups, a mile jog, lift up my backpack that is full of text-books 10 times for each arm, and then die on the ground. XD
     
    I sometimes just randomly do a few push-ups and crunches when I've got nothing else to do. Lately I've also been walking to the train station rather than taking the bus (because the service got cancelled xD).
     
    The work I do is physical so I don't have to.

    I never understood why people would pay for a gym membership; just walk around your town's park or the like.
     
    The most exercise I get, is walking back and forth between my classes and work (which isn't that far). However, with my metabolism, it's enough exercise for me.
     
    I workout 4-5 times a week depending on how much homework or chores I have to do. I try to work for at least 30 minutes, but I tend to go over anyway. I run at least a mile or more, then I do cardio exercises, stretches and some weights :D
     
    I do work out, however I'm not very consistent. I'll go out and run 4 times a week one week and not do anything the next. I really need to get on a schedule =/
     
    I excersise, but its not like "OMG, its 11:59 pm! I gotta exsercise, Because Im supposed to do it everyday!" I excersise usually whenever I play sports, or when I go to school (I gotta walk FAR).

    I dont like lifting weights, though, because my arms hurt. I do push ups and pull ups (I just found out today, in fact that I can do one-armed pull ups. xD)

    So, Yes. I do! xD
     
    No, but I have dance at school everyday in first period. And we stretch, do some sit ups/push ups, and dance. Plus I do dance outside of school, on Mondays and Wednesdays both for 2 hours.
     
    I ride my bike a lot, if you call that exercising then yeah, I do.

    What's water jogging?
     
    Water jogging is a aerobic class that you do exercises in the water. Like you actually jog, lift weights, and stretch in the water. It is less strenuous than doing them on the ground. And I heard you can burn more calories while doing it too. You get to use special weights for the water and do exercises on them. It is really fun. ^^

    Meh, sounds to me that is a shortcut to burn calories.

    We live on the ground, not the water, but it does sound fun. What kind of weights or equiptments do you use?
     
    Well, I do exercise, but not as often as I should. But I could make time in my schedule and get my lazy butt up off the computer chair XD
