Do you go to a private/public/home school?

I've been in public school my entire life.

90% of the teachers need to have a textbook shoved down their face-hole. ;;

I was homeschooled from K-2nd grade and then my parents decided to have me go to a public school so that I can be more social. After that, been though public elementary, middle, and high schools. At this time I'll be finishing my last year of university, which is public in American terms. :P

Homeschooled since Grade 4. I like it, although I almost want one year in a normal public school, just for the social experience. Too bad I'd be halfway through High School. Too much of the drugz 'n secks around here for my liking.

Same here. It sucks having a very little amount of friends, and basically teaching yourself everything. And being "weird"...But I don't want to imagine myself right now if I had been attending public school all these years.

I've gone to public schools my whole life [K-12 and College]. It is my personal opinion that public schools really suck. There's way too much crap that goes on in those hallways [drugs, sex, fights, etc]. I actually begged my parents to send me to private school or to homeschool me, but they said no. =[

Aren't the terms "public" and "private" schools switched around in England and America?

Not switched around, no. In England, what Americans call a public school is known as a state school, and a public school is anything but public. Only the really rich can send their children there; the fees are just mind blowing.
Private schools also have a (high) fee, but not as high as public schools.

I attend a private school, and have done since I was four years old. My first school was a private school and I still go to it. ^_^ I plan to stay there until I'm too old for school. I do love it so. It's an academically selective school for girls, and it's a really great place. I enjoy going there and will miss it dearly when I have to leave after sixth form...
