I brought me and my friends a bag of popcorn between us to share, we headed into the school for lunch. Dean a year 9 came up to us and asked my friend Sally for a piece of popcorn yeah ?. As soon as she gave him a bit he shouted at the topof his voice..

" What are you doing I am not allowed popcorn"

a teacher came up to us and Sally got in trouble, and when the teacher left Dean began laughing at Sally.

I'd would of slap him, but I would of got in trouble all because Dean got Sally into trouble..

Do you hate this sort of person too ?

I'm not even sure why she would get in trouble for that... Especially once the truth was told... I mean it would be kind of weird to hear an alibi like "I just happened to be next to her when she was trying to give me popcorn, but I didn't like it..." Of course allergies are another reason, but still... Teachers over reacting?

i have alot of similar people at my school that behave the same way of course i hate it when people act like that

oh I forot to say that he goes hyper if he eats popcorn... and the teaher does not like my friend Sally, plus dean has ADHD mean he can get anyone in trouble while he does not...

Probably isn't the popcorn then (there is more salt there if anything). This is when you corner him after school though... XD And then I say something like: I don't condone this sort of behaviour, so as not to implicate myself.

So I can have ADHD and can get away with anything? That's good to know.

One guy beat the living daylights out of me (I didn't want to get in trouble for hitting back, I wanted him to get blamed by the teacher) for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, and he said he had ADHD, and he got away with it....All that while I was thinking "is my teacher retarded?" Because here in Norway there are too many people who don't understand diseases at all....And if you say that you have something, you're off the hook. (no joke.)

When something similar happened later (Same irritating person mentioned earlier) I kicked his arse so hard.....>XD

Dean sounds like an idiot. And if the teacher didn't listen to the truth, then they sound like a bit of an idiot as well.

And yeah. Plenty of kids in my school used the 'OMGS I HAVE ADHD!!11' excuse as well. Which made it harder for my friend, who genuinely had the problem, to be taken seriously. -.-

People like that are only like that because they are deprived and are probably beaten by their parents for being so annoying.

Well here is what you do. You call him over and then yell "HE TOUCHED ME" or something along those lines. Lets see how he likes a taste of his own medicine. But seriously i HATE kids like that..if i was 9 and in your school i would deck him right on the schnoz...if ya know what i mean.

I hate people abusing rules for their advantage. It's difficult to find such people here, because not many bothered to read the rules

I do not need to answer cuz it's the same answer as most people which is:

**** yes I ****in those kind of people all they do is *****, *****, and *****

Any teacher who is stupid enough to get sucked into that should have to sit down and watch an instructional video or something.

But still, that sucks, can't be the brightest kid in the world to be pulling those kind of jokes.

What the heck you were just being nice. Yes I do hate people like that.

Yes. I do hate those kinds of people.

Infact, It would be simpler just to give you a list of the type of people I do like.

I can understand partially if he genuinely has ADHD, but he's still a naive 9 year-old kid. It's different when you're in high school and someone does that, because they should know better by then, but he is still just 9.

The teacher, on the other hand, sounds like one to pick favorites, so to speak.

People who diagnose mental disabilities these days are a joke. All kids from age 3 to around 14 have "ADD/ADHD". Children just have short attention spans and are generally obnoxious. It isn't some disorder, they're just little punks with crappy parents who can't control them. Then they get sympathy from other morons who are too stupid or afraid to offend someone to do anything about it. If they want to use that as an excuse, they should be on medication or be in a special school.

You shouldn't have slapped him, you should've waited until no one but one of your friends was looking, then shoved his ass to the ground as hard as you can, fell on the ground, and yelled "AHHH! STOP!"

Then you fake some tears, and if this stupid teacher doesn't believe you, even with one or more 'witnesses', you go over her(his?) head to an older, preferably male, authority figure, and cry your eyes out and say you're too afraid to be in the same room as him anymore, and explain how he attacked you and how the teacher always makes him the victim, even though he clearly antagonizes everyone. In my experience, older men have more sympathy for girls than boys, and vice-versa with women. This helps if you have friends to back up this story, which shouldn't be hard if he's as bad as you say. If you really want to make sure they buy your story, some self-inflicted wounds wouldn't hurt, either. If your parents are the type who aren't afraid to speak their mind or make threats of legal action, you should tell them too. Works especially well if you have at least one parent who is particularly scary when angry.

If you're cute, that's also a plus. If you have a smaller, cuter friend, get her to do it. Honestly, no one cares about the big ugly girl getting shoved around, so, whoever can get the most sympathy is the best choice for something like this.
