Yea, basically HOH = water. Guess you guys don't learn anything about Chemistry in Science yet, lol. :)

I know about it! The actual chemical formula is H2O!
 
I've actually been learning Chemistry for four years at my school, now that i look at the "HOH" i can understand why it's written that way, it's just that we've never been taught any differently from the general formula for water being H2O.
 
I actually put the little 2 to signify that the H has a subscript.
Not bad for a 9th grader huh?

*HOH and H2O are both correct... but HOH is water written in acidic form (water is neutral and HOH has both property of acid (H) and base (OH) so ^_^;*

I didn't write H2O because H2O kind of looks like monohydrogen (1 hydrogen atom) and dioxide (2 oxygen atoms), which would be wrong. So I put HOH instead, lol...

Sorry about the confusion, it's kind of funny though...:P

I put myself down under 'Egg' becasue that's what my mo calls me, sometimes. Kairi's there because frostweaver calls her that and I don't know why...

Why a banana BTW? Oh!! I remember, you're comparing us to what you eat lol...
 
HOH=H2O
Just that HOH is some kind of form where you write out the atoms like this:
H=O=H (Was it double covalent bond?)

I like tea over water, water over coffee and tea over coffee tremendously =P
