    Do you sleep with a nightlight on? I don't but I sleep with a TV on but with no volume and the brightness set to quite dim. I am not really scared of the dark but I am scared that someone might break into the house and I would need to see where I am going so that I can get away.

    No, I don't sleep with a nightlight on. I'd rather sleep alone, because when I'm in the bed with someone I tend to stay stiff as a board and stay in the same place during the night (usually. There have been times when I've moved and accidentally kicked my friend in the face or something. But only on a bigger bed.) Otherwise, I slept two ways: spread out, or curled up in a ball.

    I sleep with the daylight on. Usually I'm awake when the sun rises, so sleep when it's bright. But, when it's dark, I don't need a light or anything. :P

    I have to have complete darkness to sleep.
    Unfortunately, my boyfriend has other ideas. He always leaves the range hood light on at night so he can get up FIFTY TIMES A NIGHT to raid my poor fridge.

    Nope, I don't. Most of the time I find it distracting, although I can fall asleep with light in the room if I'm really exhausted.

    Instead of needing a nightlight, I need a quilt over me. Which isn't so bad, until it's summertime. >>;;

    I don't sleep with a nightlight...at least that's what I prefer. Having the wifi router in my room means constant flashing blue lights every time I go to sleep. Woo.

    I sleep in complete darkness. If I see any sort of light, it bothers me and I can't sleep.

    Like other people said~ I like the dark <3 It's kind of reassuring like an extra blanket.

    I actually do. I have this really pretty bookcase by my bed with little knick-knacks on the top shelf, and a short string of Christmas lights going around the back and the sides. It's hard to describe what it looks like without a photo, but it's really pretty, and I find it easy to relax with those soft colors everywhere. <3

    I had insomnia for a while back in grade 11. Ever since then, I find it immensely hard to have any light in the room when I'm trying to sleep. It's only in recent months that I've been able to not put a book in front of my digital alarm clock (so I can't see the light from the numbers) or charge something in my room (so the little light shows from it) while I sleep. :s

    So anything like a nightlight would definitely throw me off. I don't think I even used one as a kid past age 3 or so.

    This. Also can't sleep when I hear the slightest of sounds. It gets tiresome.

    Eww nightlights are disgusting. I love sleeping in the darkness. I can't get a good rest if there is a speck of light on cuz I can pick up on it when I'm sleep...weird huh. So I make sure every tv and light is off before I decide to call it a day x3.
