Unfortunately my English tax-paying vocabulary isn't really up to snuff, so it's a bit difficult to explain. Therefore I'll omit any such attempt entirely.
Fasting is supposedly a surprisingly effective way to improve one's health, if done right. Probably not in this case, though. <3
Instead of not eating for two days, eat healthy, low-carb food for two days. Or for longer, if you're smart.
