Plenty of fun things this season although most of the best ones will still be airing in winter.

Angelic Layer was fun, not as fun as the sequel but still fun.

Same universe, Chobits just took place later on. I'm pretty sure they mention Angelic Layer in Chobits as well.

Angelic Layer was also the first CLAMP series to use the almost shounen manga art style, that was continued in to Chobits and then Reservoir Chronicle.

Oh, well that's pretty cool.

Angelic Layer was one of my first anime- well, sort of. It was one of my first anime after I found out exactly what anime were (though I guess it was some time after I first got anime network, so not technically one of my first), so the stuff I went out of my way to watch rather than the regular broadcasted stuff, and it was my second CLAMP show (the first being Cardcaptors). Good memories there.

I'd known about Chobits close to that time (years-wise), and I almost watched it a few times. Kinda glad I didn't, since I was 6 or 7 at the time...but before that I watched Burn-Up!, so...

...I learned a lot of things from watching Anime Network...

913. I prefer the Chobits opening song to the ending song. But the ending song is very good as far as ending songs go.

I actually jumped into Angelic Layer after finishing up A.I. Love You, which is another '90s manga featuring a man doing something on a '90s computer that is still altogether too expensive and resource intensive for any corporation to feasibly do even today.

Should read Video Girl Ai as well to complete the set.
