Most people I know save a few (inb4 "i haven't gotten either yet") have either gotten a shiny or PokeRus on one of their fifth gen games. Knowing my luck, if I got PokeRus I would end up doing the same thing I did in my Silver or whatever and not realize it until it's cured.
