    Ummmm.

    The 45 second rule applies everywhere except B/W and visitor messages. It's sad. Well, I think. idk I haven't checked ~everywhere~ :(

    That's okay. I didn't get one until I became a Supporter, and one of them was totally unexpected (the Prettiest Profile Contest one).
