... I forgot about Beyblade when I wrote that. Ehhhh, well, I blame some of my friends who are anime weeaboos for that. :x It's probably the one exception though, where I used to use English names but now I use Japanese namesthough I always wrote 'Rei' instead of 'Ray'. However, when talking to my friends who have used the English names, I convert myself to using those.

I'd prefer that my arguments be properly countered rather than just written off as "not my opinion, it's crap". I'm not very good at arguing really. All it takes is a couple of good refutations and I quit. :V

Terrible puns fail. Names with thought put into them are better. My "I like the Japanese names of Vaporeon/Flareon/Jolteon/Articuno/Zapdos/Moltres more than the puns" was a terrible blunder.
Hell, at this point I wouldn't mind if "mon" was added as a suffix.

Cofa.grigus actually reminds me of what I learned in Humanities the other day. So in a messy kind of way, it can kind of fit!
