7. The brick-and-mortar Barnes & Noble stores typically lack the earlier volumes of the longer running manga. At least their online store has them most of the time!

/kept his browsing time down to 20 minutes, including a nearly 10 minute wait at the register for them to handle a couple of returns of the people in front of me

8. The only manga my Barnes and Noble actually had all the volumes of became my favorite. There was supposed to be a really bad storm later in the week, so I went to buy some books to entertain myself in case said storm knocked out the power.

Full Moon wo Sagashite (orrr something like that) has to be one of the best manga series I have ever read. The art isn't anything to sneeze at, typical big eyed crap, but the plot is much better than any of the popular manga series.

Basically the main character has cancer in her throat, but she wants to be a singer. Then two Shinigami come along, and tell her she's going to die in a year. So she begs them to let her become a singer for a little while before she dies.

They agree, but plan on making her fail the audition. However, their plan fails and she becomes a singer.

Mix the singing plot in with a hidden dark plot... And boom.

The anime sucks though, it ruins pretty much everything. :/

...Wow, I didn't mean to turn this into a huge essay. Sorry about that! XD

lol, I ninja'd you. Might want to change your number, since I shall say the correct one... :P

10.

Honestly, I never had any problems with Barnes and Noble missing volumes until I moved to Hawaii. I blame lazy shipping companies~

1. Personally, I'd blame lazy ordering managers at each store, but that's just me. :V

It's pretty difficult to get volumes 3 to 5-volumes-before-the-current-one at physical Barnes & Noble stores, though there is really only one within a reasonable driving distance of me. Online, I have no problems because they can send it from their warehouses across the country.

Gasp! Not the dreaded zero! D:

EDIT: 2. Hawaii doesn't get a lot of good things, actually. Pretty much the only non-canned fruits here are apples and pineapples. I miss the dreamy delicacy known as "pears"...

5.

Quite true, there is a good reason behind it. But one can only have so many pineapples before wishing for something else...

Well if it isn't Donald.... Hi. :D

I saw two foxes fighting outside my garden last night. :B

10. Ha, my last name is Fox. I always laugh when people talk about foxes, since it leaves me confused for a few seconds. :P
