I meant other than Pikachu. They seem to keep the seiyuu if the Pokemon maintain their Japanese names. Unless, of course, those Pokemon speak telepathically or whatever.

There were times where Pikachu's voice was changed, though.

Yeah, I know for the first episodes it was changed. I don't really find any of the voice acting bad for the Pokemon... I mean, it's not that hard to go "BUI BUI~!" and sound good. xD
