51. Well, Minnesota temps just naturally seem to drop off once the calendar turns to September or October, so... yeah.

And some people may live too close to school to be bused according to their district. I know the district in my area doesn't bus if you live within a mile of your school, unless you live across a major highway from your school.

Back when I was in Middle School (in sixth grade before Imoved to Florida) in Colorado, I didn't live too far from my school (about two miles), so after school I had two choices (or three, depending).

1. Take the Public Bus Home
2. Have my Day pick me up - though it usually ended up with him taking me to Home Depot
3. Walk

Usually picked the second and third option, because you had to buy a pass for the public bus every month, and we only did that for like.. two months. And they didn't have a school bus that brought me close to where I lived.

I on the other hand like her, cause she's funny, and she acctually knows what she's talking about which is not something I could say for most of the teachers in my school!
