1. I mostly read sports and fantasy novels as a kid, and then mostly read war, sci-fi, and military novels as a teen, in addition to my required readings. (b'-')b

1. You ever read Artemis Fowl, Netto? That certainly had its share of quirks.
I should read more of the novels I have on my shelf, once I've read the three remaining manga volumes of mine that I haven't read yet.

I only ever read the first 3 in the series, and I both lost interest in it and thought that the author was done with the series after seeing him release The Supernaturalist, which seemed to be in the same universe as Artemis Fowl, but centered around a completely different character. :\

It's sad to say, but I usually don't read books out of leisure. Right now though, I'm reading Beowulf since I'm in a British lit course. Not a single day have I not fallen asleep. u_u

5. I haven't completed a novel since I finished one of the Halo novels. I had gotten halfway through The Client in one night, though, but that was over a year ago, and I haven't touched it since.

I read the first few chapters of the first book. But I had so many novels to read over the summer (by choice) that I didn't even get around to starting Enders Game. xD
Plus many Manga too. I've finished the NORA series, the first Rosario Vampire season, CSS, etc. xP

I may not need to order a laptop battery after all.
Thinking back on it, it was a pretty weird series.
Speaking of Ender's Game, I read Ender's Shadow, which was written from a secondary character's perspective, four/five years ago. If I were you, I'd read that, too.
Only manga I've kept up with online are Negima! and Mysterious Girlfriend X. I have been re-reading Negima! and Love Hina offline, though, as well as Dragon Ball and Gin Tama when I feel like grabbing some volumes of those (got 1-3 for Dragon Ball and 1-4 for Gin Tama).

Mom was once thinking of me getting my own checkbook and learning how to balance checks, so I could buy imported Black in check form :>
And it's either to NYC or Williamsburg, VA. I honestly wanna go to VA more than NYC, but it's determined mainly by popular vote + costs (although VA is cheaper than NYC, for sure), so w/e works.
