And you should catch up on One Piece. Considering the way the quality flies around, it's become a pattern.

Meaning, about a year from now, Oda's gonna write a story that's going to out-do Marineford.

Then, a year later, he's going to write something that's going to top that.

Rinse, repeat.

I'M GLAD WE SEE EYE TO EYE POKEY.

Don't forget One Piece and Dragon Ball. They're fairly alike, which is probably why I like One Piece so much. Dragon Ball is my favorite anime, after all. And by that, I mean the original and Z, probably the original just a little bit more.

And I know that, that's why I'm going to go in again. Finished up to CP9, now going through Thriller Bark, I think it was. How does it keep getting better as it goes? Oda is like Ri2, starting out amazing, THEN GETTING FAR BETTER AS HE GOES. I know they get better, but to this extent?

My problem with Naruto and BLEACH is that they're fundamentally Shonen titles, but it's like they're trying to transcend that. And it happens so quickly and so sloppily it leaves you with something awkward. Like a 12 year-old wearing his father's suit. Just pretending you're mature doesn't make you mature. Maturity comes with age and understanding. :U

I don't know why I hate Bleach, when the Arrancar come in, I just... yeah. I don't like it after the Arrancar come in.

And I still like Naruto. Maybe not to the extent I used to, but it honestly isn't BAD. It isn't exceptional, or even very good, but it isn't as bad as people paint it as now. At least not to me.

One Piece is exceptional to me, almost on the level of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z.

They also thought that convoluted = mature reading.

Naruto was simple in its story in the Zabuza Arc. The three heroes got character development (Naruto realized how precious life was, Sakura wanted to be stronger and Sasuke... Died.), the villains were sympathetic while still being threatening and the general story and feel of the Zabuza Arc was so natural, so well-made, done with so much finesse that I'm tearing up just writing this, thinking about what Naruto could've been. ;_________;
