Well, the version the rest of the world outside Japan got was basically Red/Green with Blue's revamped sprites, so, inherently, a Red/Blue theme is basically just a Blue theme. (b'-')b

Besides, Green goes terribly color scheme wise with Red and Blue, in my opinion.
