If I thought running wouldn't kill me right off the bat, I would start with that.

160 cm is quite short. Compared to me, anyway. I'm at about 185 cm.

I have a smart phone with net access, a music player, and a camera built in, as well as the fact that there is no shortage of interesting things to look at when you walk as opposed to running.

40 minutes for a beginner.. do you really dislike having the ability to walk that much?
Maybe start with 10. 15 if you're brave.

And I'm not quite short, it's just you who is a giant. I have hopes for getting taller though; I've met someone who was 150cm before he started bodybuilding, and now is 186cm after a.. while.

Interesting things to look at.. I understand your meaning.

Well, I'm just above average height for my area and my age group (by about 6 cm). You'd feel like a midget if you ever came to America. Most men are at least 170 cm tall here. I personally have grown about 8 centimeters in the last two years.

You're thinking of females, aren't you? I was actually talking about the trees and the grass and the buildings. Plus wonderful views atop hills where you can see for miles around.
