NIGHT SIX​


As the spark of life faded from Razor's eyes, the non-Dire turned immediately towards Merlin, accusing him of being Abaddon. The numbers game may appear even again, but with the early gold lea the Dire accumulated, the Radiant and Neutrals still had a ways to go before they truly caught up.

With the death of a Dire hero, the Radiant heroes agreed to apply pressure onto the Dire's base, with the aim of returning the favour and destroying a tower and gaining even more gold. Could they do it with even hero numbers?

EVENT: If you are Radiant, you have two choices this night phase:
1. PM me your NA as usual, or
2. PM me if you wish to attack one of the Dire's Base Towers. If you do, PM me "top" "middle" or "bottom". If the Radiant succeeds in destroying any tower, they will obtain a lump sum of gold!

If you are Dire then you can PM me your Night Actions as per usual as well as which base tower you wish to defend (again, declaring "top" "middle" or "bottom"). Since you are defending you can (and should) do both! Try not to lose a tower, lest the Radiant gain more gold!

If you are neutral, you have the option to farm at night. This will yield 300 gold instead of 100 gold, but you will still take double damage if someone chooses to attack you at night. If you farm at night, then you can not use your night actions. Choose carefully!

DAY SEVEN​


With the fall of Razor, the Radiant semi-agreed to attack into the Dire's base in attempt to deal some counter damage. Alas, Omniknight decided to stay back and protect himself... from nothing. With only two heroes pushing out of three, the Radiant only managed to damage the Dire's middle tower. Maybe they could go back at another time and damage it if left undefended.

The night as a whole was fairly quiet, other than the familiar sound of someone being eaten alive.

Nimsy is dead! She was a Neutral.

So, someone regenerated 16 HP. Abaddon has used his ult probably. Can someone tell us who they targeted at night?

I don't get what you're asking here. As far as I know only Beastmaster can watch other players but I don't think he's in this game. Though I could be wrong about that, as I'm not sure we ever found out who the last Radiant hero is.

I am the -5 by the way.
 
Well, at least we got Abaddon's ult up. Bad news is he is immune for four phases. If anyone could tell us who they attacked at night we could confirm who Abaddon is so we won't touch him

Edit : Borrowed Time (Abaddon's Ult) says "ignore lethal damage and get healed by all damage taken next two phases."

So, it's not four phases but two. My bad. A night, which is already over, and a day. However it says ignore lethal damage, which implies it only activates when he is about to die, and can't be used whenever. If this is true, then Naku can't be Abaddon cuz I don't think he's received so much damage, which leaves Merlin as a possible candidate.

There's nothing to suggest that Abaddon healed last night. There's other ways to heal, including by buying a vitality booster, which means someone could have increased their health by 20 and taken 4 damage.

You're making too many assumptions for your own good in this game, and your suspicion of me is still rather baseless.

Also, I believe that Abaddon's ult heals him no matter what, that's just saying that he wouldn't die if he were to take the sufficient amount to kill him. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Now do me a favor and wait until tonight to start a witch hunt against me, because I'll be gone all day today for a choir competition(/fun day at an amusement park) and then for a performance of Aida tonight, and will be unable to post until then. And I don't appreciate being attacked on such baseless suspicions, lol.

Let's be honest, who would buy a vitality booster that late in the game? Everyone is trying to complete their item lines.

I tried to bait you into outting once, and it didn't work. Also, if this is for me specifically, I said yesterday or the day before that I think you are omni, so count me out of these assumptions of yours.

It does not heal him no matter what. OP makes it clear that he heals off of any damage dealt to him.

Edit : Oh wait. I have another theory for the +16.
Heart of Tarasque heals for 10, with Doom's passive healing for one. That's how far I've thought till now. What if Abaddon healed him also? Exactly 16 hp lol. So, there is a chance Abaddon has found out who Doom is, provided that Doom's item of choice was Heart indeed.

If you got money that means your either Dire or Neutral. I'm leaning over to the Dire side. The same goes for Nimsy. Hmmm....

Nope. Heart of Tarrasque heals at the end of the day phase, as does the passive healing from Doom.

Also, Naku was saying that he thinks Abbadon's healing ult happens when it's activated by the player, not if they are close to death.

I think the 10k goal for Neutrals is an impossible feat at this point. We'd be better off letting the Radiants and Dires pick each other off and helping them do it.

Nice try pretending to be a neutral. When you and Nimsy killed aeternum, the kill post mentioned "Neutrals and Radiants". Since Nimsy was a neutral, I think that makes you a Radiant.

I do agree with you about the Neutrals likely not being able to win. Right now it's 3 vs 3 vs 3, and Doom is still around and likely at full health if the last day phase is any indication (+4 regen) :/
 
If Bard is a Radiant hero then he would have lost gold rather than gain some, or was it just another lie?

These derps are getting old, Gio. aeternum was a Dire, so Bard got gold, as did Nimsy, but she's dead so w/e.

Wait a minute, does this mean Bard got 1000 gold since gold accumulation was doubled? Yikes.

The Neutrals are pretty much doomed at this moment. It's pretty clear who the Radiant people are at this point, but I'm still not entirely sure about the Dires, meaning the latter have a clear advantage.

The fact Doombringer just hit a Neutral while their clear enemies are the Radiants makes me feel he might be played by someone not paying full attention to the game. Glendle, Wiz or Gio maybe.
