Drawing programs

Anyone know an online site that lets you do stuff like what you can do in the paint program on your PC? For some reason the Paint in my PC is gone so I can't draw. I would install Photoshop, but I lost the CD for it (still searching).

That sucks. :\ I use Paint for almost everything, and Serif Photoshop 5.5 (freeware version) for assistance.

The GIMP works, it?s kind of like a free photoshop.

I use Macromedia Flash and Photoshop and they aren't free at all. :-/

Okay, thanks. But now I've got another problem. My WordPad is gone. It's the thing used for the so called 'complexed text formating'. My XP is really messing with me. So is there an online program that can replace WordPad also?

Oh btw, it turns out my Anti-virus deleted my paint program for some reason. But it also makes a quranetined backup copy of anything it deletes so I was able to restore the Paint program.

There's this thing called Oekaki, you draw on it, and you can save it as a .png, I recall.
