Hey there! I'm Fennel. Professor Juniper asked me to give you something.

It's a Munna! With this Munna you can enter the Pokemon Dream World, a beautiful place where all your dreams will come true. Now I'm sure you're wondering how you can access the Dream World.

To access the Dream World you'll need to post the following two lines in this thread:

Munna has gone to sleep!
It's dreaming of a...

(It has to be a Pokemon that could only be found in Unova up until Generation VI)

A few hours later Munna will wake up with a brand new friend. This will be your first proper Pokemon in Unova! If you want a specific Pokemon for Munna to wake up and play with you'll need to mention it in your post next to "It's dreaming of a..." For example if you want a Oshawott you write "It's dreaming of a... Oshawott"!

Once you get a new Pokemon you'll receive one of these. Place it in your signature. You'll get a new updated version every time you level up!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Pokemon I choose be random?
Of course! Just don't describe what Munna is dreaming about and you'll get a completely random Pokemon.

Can I get more Pokemon?
Once your Pokemon reaches level 50 you can put Munna asleep and ask for another Pokemon.

What about other generations?
Your first Pokemon will be a Unova Pokemon whereas your second can be from any generation!

How do I level up my Pokemon?
Your Pokemon starts at Level 10. There's a specific points system:

Every Pokemon needs 10 EXP to level up. There's three ways to get EXP currently!

1. If you make a post in Fifth Generation you'll get 5 EXP.
2. If you make a post in Pokemon X and Y, Pokemon OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire, Fourth Generation, Third Generation, Second Generation or First Generation you'll get 3 EXP.
3. If you make a post in Pokemon Sun and Moon you'll get 2 EXP.

There will be a secret fourth way to get EXP but that will be revealed in a few weeks. For now it's highly advised that you level up your Pokemon as much as possible!

How do I evolve my Pokemon?
Your Pokemon will evolve at the same levels they do in the game. For Pokemon that don't evolve via level in the normal games they will instead evolve at level 30 (or 20 levels higher than the previous evolution, if level 30 isn't possible). You'll receive a special trainer emblem when you first evolve your Pokemon. If you can't evolve your Pokemon you'll receive that emblem when your Pokemon is at Level 30 instead.

What happens when my Pokemon is at level 100?
If you can defeat the Champion (either Iris or Alder) you will be part of Fifth Generation's Hall of Fame. How? That'll be explained later!

You will also receive a special colored username on PokeCommunity for a week.

How do I keep track of my level and EXP?
You'll need to edit your post where Munna went to sleep. Your level and EXP will be updated once a week.
