/When was it implied that all drugs are like LSD
It wasn't, but one of the most common misconceptions about drugs is that they all effect you in the same way that LSD does.
By the way, to everyone here who's talking about how absolutely horrible any kind of drug, or alcohol is, you should really do your homework.
One!
A common misconception about drug use is that people first try it because they want to 'look cool around their friends'. Which, is quite honestly not the case. Of all the accounts of drug use that I have ever heard, curiosity was the biggist driving factor. People just wanting to know what feeling high felt like. Aside from that, the reasons vary. I'm sure that there are plenty of cases of peer pressure, but they're hardly the only ones.
It's the same way with drinking, by the way. There are actually people out there that start drinking because they decide that they want to try ×alcoholic beverage.
Two!
That all drugs leave people completely useless and zombie-like when high. The number of musicians who've made music whilst high is ridiculous. Slightly less so, however, than the fact that a fair number them got big hits out of it. The Beatles were most probably Not very sober when writing/recording about half their music. xD
Three!
Despite what a fair amount of people believe, having a little bit of alcohol, for example, here and there isn't going to turn you into a raging alcoholic. In much the same way, one cigarette won't blacken your lungs, and one occasion of drugs won't turn you brain dead. Most of the problem in these things is not the thing itself, it's overuse of it! Too much of anything is bad for you, that's why they call it 'Too much'!
Let's put it this way. Carrots are good, right? They taste good (IMLTHO). They're really good for your eyesight! However... did you know that eating too many carrots will turn your skin orange, amoung other things? (Lol)
And I could just go on, and on.
I'm not saying that everybody has to smoke, drink, shoot up, or whatever, but you should at least understand what you're considering 'against your morals.'
Do you actually know a fair amount about drugs/alcohol/etc? About their risks, AND benefits? Still don't want to drink/smoke/etc? Well, that is perfectly fine! It's your choice.

As for me, I'm completely serious when I say that I have never smoked, done drugs, or drank, in my life. It's not because I want to live straight-edged, mind you. I've just never done any of them.
Daaamn ittt, I was trying to not write a mile long post. :I
