Okay well, about two weeks ago, I was playing this game. I was wondering and worrying about the Johto/Kanto league, it all seemed so immense. Red was at the very back of my mind. A few days back, I beat Red, but now I'm wondering about events, shining leafs, latios, rebattles. My point is, this is a very extensive game, it has sooooo much endgame in it, frontier, rebattles, events, SL's, legendaries, it just goes on and on.
I feel that, for the effort of spriting, mapping, etc, this game was rushed, I mean sure, there are a lot of cheap 3d effects and the soundtrack is very professional, the endgame and online play is too, but for something seemingly so fantastic, grand and endless... why weren't new sprites commisioned, new maps, etc. I just think Johto's revival could have been bigger.. Saying that though, I do feel there was a lot of misplaced effort on the sprites (the pokemon) there were so many made, and their ow's look awful to me, very cluttery... and I for one can't help wonder why they never used their MD Pokemon sprites.
Anyway, this is all my opinion, and I'd love to hear yours.
Thanks for reading. (Reading me repeat myself a million times) j o j''
