Okay, I'm just wondering. I read the rules, but I'm kinda confused as to if the EV process is free? If you are EVing for free, then I would like:

Pokemon: Hippowdon
Level: I don't care as long as it's evolved to a Hippowdon
Nature: Impish
Ev Spread: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Moveset: Earthquake Stealth Rocks Slack Off Roar

Sorry, the Ev Service doesn't include the pokemon being shiny or not unless the pokemon is provided by you :l
