Ever been ripped off or robbed?

I live in one of the highly unsafe countries. I ve been robbed, ripped off, and even some of my friends have stolen things from me.Thankfully each and every good they vestolen, i have been able to recover as i am persistent person. (even pens,GBA etc xD).But as of talking as the real deal.. I ve been held hostage with Glock guns pointing at my face, along with 20 people that where at my house that day. They took plenty of expensive things, but noneones life.I was 14.

Yep, robbed, twice. First time was when I was riding my bike to go to a friend's house, and suddenly a suspicious looking guy came towards me, and the moment I realized I had him pointing his gun to me... "take the freaking bike, dude!"

Last time was a year ago, I was returning home by train, and then two guys showed up and one pointed me with something (I didn't know what that was, but didn't want to know, anyway), and they wanted my cell phone, but since I had it inside my backpack, they just took my whole backpack instead (and I had important stuff from my Uni there, which I was lucky to recover the next day... phew...)

Never robbed.. But ripped off.. aha.

Some lady convinced me that the "bootleg" Pokemon Diamond was a new game from Japan and she sold it to me for $35.. I was at least smart enough to know her Green version was not the Leaf Green for GBA but the R/B part. Though that was way too much for a gameboy color game at the time no matter how rare it was. D8 And besides that, the Diamond glitches up near the middle so I can't ever beat it lawl. Green would have been better for my collection. :/

Other than that, I can't really remember anything else major.. Cookies for a dollar at school aha fail. 8D

I'm very lucky: I have been threatened twice, but the first one got 0.50 € (aprox... 0.30$) and the second one (a guy younger than me) nothing. And the funny part is that I always have 5€ (3.4$) in my wallet. Not having a mobile phone helps on people thinking that you are poor.

This is more in the 'ripped-off' section:
I bought 1 of my first DS games a while back, some Spiro game, and I couldn't figure out how to play because of the lack of instructions. It was like $35. I went to a trade-in games for money place, and they gave me $8, not in cash but in some type of gift card that like expired a month later.

My 1st DS was stolen. If you count my DS Lite which is broken but still SORTA works, you could say I'm on DS number 3 now.

Also, MY MOM stole money from me once, for no good reason. That really pissed me off... >(

Well where I live, the post office workers decide to go through letters which they think may be birthday cards as they often contain money. A birthday card was sent to me once by my aunt but it had clearly been opened. There was supposed to be £30 in that card, too.

I bought cheap tickets to a hornets game and turns out the person sold me fakes :/.

I wanted to buy an awesome FF bag, that had Cloud's wolf badge on it.

But the lady upped the price.

It was $25 before, then another lady came in and said it was $40.

So I didn't bother buying it.
