    It may be early to discuss this considering BW2 haven't even been released in the US yet, but, what evolutions do you want to see to previous pokemon in Gen VI? The Black and White games had a whole new start and if the pattern holds up in Gen VI previous pokemon will get evolutions. I think a few pokemon they should consider giving evolutions to are Seviper, Zangoose, Pinsir, Heracross, and maybe Relicanth. They are cool pokemon that should be considered for getting evolution; however I hope the designers don't ruin the pokemon. (ex. Lickillicky, Probopass)

    A lot of people are going to say more Eeveelutions, myself included (although some people do hate them haha). Fighting and flying please. Besides Eevee, I feel like Haunter and Kadabra should get side evolutions. Banette should evolve to counter obvious unfairness. Also Torkoal and Sabeleye.

    I think that novelty Pokemon like Luvdisc and Farfetch'd should get evolved forms. Right now, they're not seeing much play and having evolved forms could fix that.

    Stinfisk should get an evolved form along with other novelties.

    Dunsparce, Pinsir, Jynx, and Sabeleye should get evolutions, they have pretty mediocre stats but are cool pokemon.

    Personally, I hope they don't add evolutions to previous Pokemon. All the older ones are fine as they are. If some don't have evolved forms, it doesn't mean they can't be trained to be good. I've been beaten with 1st stage and baby Pokemon using a Giratina, so ANY Pokemon can be good in battle if used right. So, no. No more evos for old Pokemon.

    I think the originals from Generation I have gone too long now and to alternate their evolution line would just be wrong, upto Generation IV was fine but now that it's been 16 years, giving Lapras a pre-evolution wouldn't suit at all. The likes of Sableye, Maractus and Chatot would be quite advantageous in terms of stat, appearance and popularity.

    Are BW2 being classed as Generation VI? I thought they were just going to be a part of Generation V. I know they could still add new evolutions like with Platinum, but still.

    Anyway, errr... I really hate most of the evolutions that were added in Generation IV (like Magmortar, Electivire, Mamoswine, Lickilicky, Probopass etc.), so I'm not sure how I'd feel about more new ones. It would make sense, but yeah... not sure how I'd personally take it. Would depend which Pokémon got evolutions and how they looked and battled, I suppose.

    As for what I'd maybe like to see... I'm afraid I'm going to have to say Eeveelutions as well :laugh: Flying and Dragon ones would be sweet. Dragon in particular, actually (for battle purposes), although I think the Flying-type one could be really pretty. I'd also like to see Torkoal get an evolution, as someone else mentioned. And I'd quite like to see a Druddigon evolution, because I wasn't a fan of Haxorus so it would be nice to have another strong fully-evolved Dragon option. + Druddigon is pretty :P

    ==Pre:
    -Onix (pure Rock would be even more interesting)
    -Lickitung
    -Lapras
    -Aerodactyl
    -Skarmory
    -Tropius
    -Absol
    -Audino
    -Maractus
    -Druddigon

    ==Evo:
    -Qwilfish
    -Magcargo
    -Corsola
    -Banette
    -Luvdisc
    -Audino
    -Heatmor

    ==Alt:
    -Weepinbell (via some bad/poison/dark stone for plants, to contrast the Sun Stone which seem to be exclusive for a good/pure path)
    -Trapinch (one that stays antlion larva based but gets more dangerous, gaining Bug instead of Dragon)

    Platinum didn't have new evolutions, just alternate forms, which BW² have also

    Anyhow, as for the topic, I don't really care for (pr)evos of older pokemon, mainly because this generally end up with some nerfing and I think we should focus more on new Pokemon

    I'd say it's about time that Dunsparce gets an evolution. I mean, the thing's a fly larva that has never gotten the chance to turn into it's adult form. That can only mean 1 thing: that the fully evolved Dunsparce is a complete badass. I can see it now, a giant, menacing fly, with huge pincers and razor-sharp wings, flying through the sky. Make it happen, Game Freak! Allow Dunsparce, the humble larva, to evolve into an insectoid predator!

    Jynx could also use an evolution, mainly because it's, in a way, part of a trio (Electabuzz, Magmar, Jynx), and Electabuzz and Magmar already have evolutions. A Pinsir evolution would probably be pretty cool, as would a Farfetch'd evolution.

    I also feel like Donphan could use a third evolution. I can definitely see a giant, Ground/Steel elephant with sword-like tusks.

    Dunsparce evolves into Genesect. :P

    Lol that'd be hilarious. But on topic, I really couldn't care if they added evolutions or not, I still don't understand how it makes sense for a Pokemon to have an evolution found randomly later (although I probably shouldn't question Pokemon logic haha). Despite everything I just said, I still want luvdisc and alomomola (or however it's spelled) to have a connected evolution, I mean when they release Alo's design, I thought it was luvdiscs evolution.

    Luvdisc Alomomola connection is never going to happen. They have been canonly stated to be two separate lines and combining them now would destroy a lot of effort and work they put into B/W to keep it away from the other regions.

    As for Dunsparce, so totally a future Dragon~

    IDK why people keep bringing a nonexistant relation between those up.
    They arent even that similar in design. I mean Alomomola vaguely resembles a heart on the side if you try hard, but beyond that there is nothing.
    The colours are different, the stats are completely opposite, the basis is a different fish, and the theme is not the same. Luvdisc is about love, while Alomomola is about care.
    In a way, Alomomola is the Chansey of the sea.

    The only relation I could ever see between them is if Luvdiscs hypothetical evolution required Alomomola as a trigger in some way.

    Jynx could also use an evolution, mainly because it's, in a way, part of a trio (Electabuzz, Magmar, Jynx), and Electabuzz and Magmar already have evolutions. A Pinsir evolution would probably be pretty cool, as would a Farfetch'd evolution.

    They may have been intended as a trio conceptually at first, but that idea was scrapped and the birds made into the legendary trio.
    Sure there was still some homage to that by them all getting a pre-evolution and their signature moves being elemental punches, but GS and on they only drifted completely apart.

    Not just is Jynx much weaker than the other two in general, there is also the gender difference and an extra Psychic type.
    Since it was weaker tho I would have nothing against it evolving (instead of the other two actually would have made more sense), except... I fear for its appearance to scare the crap out of us...

    Dunsparce is a ground snake...not a larva...thats why he learn snakelike moves, and is classified as the land snake pokemon.

    Make Dunsparce part dragon, then instead of useless, he'll become a Magikarp case (useless that becomes useful)

    Dunsparce isn't useless, he's the best paraflincher in the games...

    BUT, a Quetzalcoatl based evolution would be dope as eff. Especially one thats Dragon/Normal. (we don't have one yet, right?)
