Experiments [PG-13]

Aura heard him, but barely. She decided to turn her music off, and shoved it in her backpack. "Sure. Okay." she answered. She really hated being ordered around, and she had to resist yelling at him. He was helping her, helping himself, but helping her none-the-less. Though she wasn't making any promises that she would never lose her temper, she didn't have the best control, so he'd just have to be careful which buttons he pressed, because sooner or later, he was going to hit the wrong one.
 
Jeremy and Caresse had been walking, and talking amongst themselves. They were nearing a city, and thank goodness too, because they were both getting tired. Suddenly, he heard someone calling. That someone was calling to "blond dude, and short girl." he rolled his eyes and turned them towards the sound of the voice. He had a feeling he knew who it was.
 
Caresse narrowed her eyes as she heard the comment 'short girl'. The one thing that annoyed her most was being called short even though she was. She was so tired and it was evident on her face that she was. Part of it was she was still weak from her power being used on her and she weakly leaned her head on Jeremy's arm.
 
Jeremy looked down at Caresse. She was obviously tired, and they were still a little ways away from the city. He stopped them both from walking, and ran a hand through his hair.

"C'mon, I'll carry you." he said.
 
Drake was looking around town trying to find some kind of place to sit and eat. He wanted to think for a moment. He stumbled upon some kind of restaurant, he looked at it and decided upon it.

"This will have to do. Come on. We don't want to stay here long. You may order what you wish."
 
After spending a couple hours burying his grandparents and cleaning the house, Luphen took a shower and put on some of his clothes. He put a white hoodie with a cartoon chibi monkey on the back of it with a white tee under it, with a pair of black jogging pants and boots.

He then went back in the kitchen and cooked him some dinner. As he thought of his grandparents' smile all he could think of was revenge."I swear Im going to kill them all." He thought to his self as he ate.
 
Aura followed but didn't say anything. She didn't have anything to say. Not yet. She sighed. In two days she traveled with two different people. At least she was comfortable around Luphen. She wasn't sure what to think of Drake. She didn't know enough about him to form an actual opinion. She'd have to change that eventually. She wouldn't travel with a complete stranger forever.

(OOC: I'm gonna be gone for a few minutes, so I'll return soon!)
 
"I have Echolocation. I can find the location of things by their soundwaves." Jeremy answered.

He'd used that power a lot, just not a lot in the past twenty four hours. He needed to pick one thing to signal out and look for its soundwave. Then, they'd have no problem.
 
Eric walked away from his house as he heard his parents scream and smirked. He then ran into a grocery store and stole some apples within seconds using his superspeed, then went to a spot where nobody could find him and procceeded to eat one of them.

"Mmmm...apples...Haven't had those in a while..."

After he was done with one apple, he put the rest in a small bag he had taken from his home and walked away from there, thinking about what he would do with his newly-acquired powers. But he realised he wouldn't be able to do anything until one problem was solved.

I have to take those Corp peasants out of the equation...It should be fun...
 
Drake quietly sat down and looked over the menu. Just about anything sounded good right now. He wasn't used to this, but thought he'd give it a try. Drake took out his paper he was writing on before, and then looked at the Experiment.

"Now then, what do you know about the other Experiments?"
 
"Well Eric, he's one of the Experiments, he has superspeed. I don't know about any other abilities, we left right after that. That kid trying to kill me has power over fire, I don't know his other one either. You know about Luphen. I know there's one kid named Jeremy, he's not an Experiment, he's probably one of you guys, he can use Echolocation and he has the ability to sense when someone's lying. I met him back at The Corp. That's all I know about them." Aura took a breath. "As far as I know, I'm the only girl in the Experiments, not that it matters I guess."

(OOC: Alright, I'm back!)

Caresse tiredly rolled her eyes. "I can figure why your clothes are burnt. You probably did something stupid and got into a fight by yourself" she said weakly looking at Jeremy as he now carried her. "You don't have to carry me. I'm fine" she said though her tone said otherwise.
 
"for your information shorty some iceman tried to kill but i guess you wouldn't care would you" Jack took off his burnt green hoodie and threw it on the ground"and at least have a little courtesy i introduced myself just cause your pretty doesn't mean you should be rude"
 
Eric was walking peacefully along the street, and came across a restaurant. He had to go to the toilet, as he considered taking a leak in the forest "peasant behaviour", and had been trying not to go since escaping the Corp.

Man, I have a strong bladder.

He walked inside and asked one of the waiters where the toilets were, and the man pointed the way. Eric thanked him and walked over there. On his way, he saw someone he didn't expect to see. Aura, the girl he had met while escaping the Corp. Walking faster he got inside the bathroom, and proceeded to "do his business", feeling nervous.

Oh, bloody hell, I have a bad feeling about this...
 
"I'm Jeremy." he told the kid, "and this is Caresse. Now, quit calling her short."
 
(OOC Ok sure.)

Drake listened quietly as he wrote down the informaton he needed on the Experiments. He was surprised that she also knew about Materials as well. But then again, he wasn't very social, but that doesn't mean others weren't. He wrote down the necessary things about them. Soon, he ordered some food for himself. He also would probably need to buy some preservable food when they left.

He looked at her when she was done speaking. "Anything else? All details could help. I need to be prepared when I face them."
 
Caresse nodded. "I was already not in a good mood. Being called short worsens it. So please refrain from calling me short. I know I am no need to call it out" she said looking at Jake as she spoke.
 
After he finished eating, Luphen grabbed a water bottle and went in his backyard to train."I'm going to get them all, but in order to do that I must be come stronger." He thought to his self as he began to train by manipulating different ice and air attacks. "I'll have a big surprise for everyone the next time I see them."
