You really cant be that ignorant. I dont mean in the rude way either. I mean as your completely not understanding what I'm saying so i'll try to be clearer.

Here is a real life example. If i drew a picture, you liked it you could not slap your name on it call it yours and sell it. Just the same as you could not take my picture trace it onto another piece of paper slap your name on it and sell it. If you did i'd sue you.

She says she "talked" to lawyers, but her infomation is wrong and no lawyer would tell her that information either. But you can continue to be naive and think your not stealing and your not doing anything wrong but if you try to sell or profit from your project you will undoubtedly be sued.

The only difference is the color of the tiles... but like i said I give up. its your game your choice...

So you really read a lot to see how much you could copy from pokemon... interesting. Could you answer me if this is intended to be a lucrative project? will there be any kind of benefit for those who pay for playing? i haven't seen any of that now but this isn't the final release, so... when it is, will people have to pay to have full access to the game? you could change my idea about this project with your answer.

Nope the game will be totally free to play. MMORPG games gain importance as more people play it. But there will be benefits for those who pays like every other f2p games. The issue is keeping it balanced. If you make the game pay 2 win that time players are starting to hate.

That all complaints here have either been that the game is the same (and not worse) than all the other MMORPGs, or that it's "too close to pokemon" sounds pretty positive in this viewpoint. Two questions: If you guys were to somehow, magically, end up obtaining a Pokemon license, what would you do? Do you plan to live off this game's profits, even in part? And (if so), what's your business model off F2P?

Well that would be of course nice if i had a big team :) But i am the only developer so not pretty possible.

Well i can make very similar game. It is not against laws and it will be still copyrighted to me. For example torch light is same of diablo. Yet they are doing very good together.

Or empire earth is same of age of empires 2. These are not against laws.

Using other game materials is against laws and we are not using them.

Anyway also once again we updated 17 monster images.
