((I understand; my first Role-Playing works may be frictional, so my previous entry has been halved.))

Myst blinked as yet another dragon appeared at the scene, only to dissapear from view as abruptly as he had arrived.

Maybe he's just shy... the male mused for himself, flying off towards the formation of rocks that the other dragon had dissapeared behind.

"Hello..." he said, landing next to the Wyvern and maintaining a non-treathening pose. "I'm Myst, what's your name?"

The she-dragon exits her cave, arching her back as the warming sunlight hits it again, causing the coolness of her cave to float away, perhaps back into the cave itself. She then takes off, flying majestically towards the others, lifting her head at the sense of another dragon, though he had disappeared from sight suddenly, but she lets out a small, semi-smile.

[sorry i haven't posted in awhile, i've had school and home bearing down on me]

Rune has had her full attention on Kaarnishia for some time now, her spear again at rest and her wings folded against her back now that the fighting had ceased. However, almost at once, she smells the wyvern enter the area and quickly looks int he direction of the scent, but she is only able to catch a quick glimpse of him ducking behind a rock, then nothing more. The scent was gone and her hearing wasn't the best in this shape, so she couldn't hear him either.

Rune then saw the one who called himself Myst flying in the same direction, but she paid that little mind. Though she was aware of the wyvern's presence, it didn't concern her unless it became a threat. she again turned her attention back to Kaarnishia, her grip on her spear tightening again just incase...

Kaarnishia had ignored the pressance of the male, turning her attention to the large gash on her side. It was worse then she would have liked to admit, the female snorting in annoyance. She eyed it wearily, the blood still flowing down her side. How bloody wonderful.

Kaarnishia snarled lightly and her tail hit against the ground in irritation. It would need tending to or it would mar her scales. With a sigh she laid down, her one wing not touching her side.

The red leviathan paced towards a side of the group and sat down, and began to absently scratch the ground with one claw, looking at the other Dragons. He looked at the Silver Dragoness' injury. Blood was flowing out of it along the side of her silver scales, staining the ground. She was indeed a warrior, who was not backing down from pain, and she had a leader's spirit.

He craned his head to the right, looking at the three blood-stained talons on his wing, and began cleaning them. But although the battle and the fury had sharpened his senses, he was too focused on the smell of the blood, to sense the other creature that was stalking them from nearby...

Kaarnishia snorted as a familiar scent hit her, a rumbling growl escaping her. Great. Her crimson eyes turned to the east and the fading sunlight, the wind moving around her in an odd fasion. Could it be? A tornado seemed to be headed towards them, clouds spiraling about a lone figure that ran at full tilt. Kaarnishia stood to greet the coming creature, her muscles protesting. The dragoness's wings opened slightly as she accepted the strong winds that seemed to encase her, examine her.

A loud neigh sounded from the center of the vortex, the wind breaking and splitting to recieve a tall figure. Four hooved legs pounded against the ground, long ash black hair flowing in the air behind him. Angelic wings fanned out slightly as the centaur slowed to a hault. He truely was a beautiful sight, his toned body, sharp elvaan face. Everytime that Kaarnishia saw that man she couldn't help but stare. She flew down to him with deadly intent, releasing a loud roar.

The centaur readied his halberd, thrusting it towards the dragoness when she closed in on him. Two winds fought against each other as she coiled herself around him, the centaur fending off her jaws. Suddenly it seemed that this fight turned to play, Kaarnishia's laugh sounding through the air. Laugh?

It was a sound that had not graced the earth for six long years, and as the centaur embraced the female's neck, she cried. He patted her scales gently, as would a father to his daughter. They stayed like that for several minutes before she calmed, sitting on her haunches before him.

" Wynd..." She murmured happily, her eyes bright with joy. The centaur smiled up at her, before turning his gaze to the others as though he had just realized they were there. He stepped closer, bowing deeply to them before his steel like eyes with their undenyable coldness narrowed on them.

" Hello....I am Wynd Weaver...." Was all that he said, his voice like a whisper of a breeze.

Chan finally awoke, still a little dizzy, but he was fine. He had heard someone introduce themselve as Wynd. He needed to adjust his eyes first. Squinting seemed to help for some odd reason. As his sight slowly returned, he saw some kind of creature. A horse? Looked like it. He then made out a torso, arms, and a head. A centaur. Chan had heard of them before, but never before had he seen one up close.

"Wynd, eh? You look more like Lunch to me..." Chan growled, as did his stomach. Well, technically their stomach, as he felt Bob next to him. Being the gentlemen he sometimes is, Bob walked over to the Centaur and bowed his head.

"It is an honor to meet you, oh great creature." He lifted his head to face the centaur known as Wynd.

"I am so honored that I wish I were an elf, a dwarf, or some other kind of small creature, so that you may give me a piggy-back ride," Bob finished. Chan sighed and shook his head, which wasn't a good idea considering it's sensitivity after being pile-driven to the ground.

A moment after the centaur began his charge, Searinox froze for a second, his eye turning towards the scene. Then he energetically craned his head to the unfolding events, roaring as he turned to the Dragoness and the centaur. He quickly got back up on all ofurs, and began a clumsy gallop towards the centaur. But he stopped in his tracks, claws scratching the ground as he skidded to a halt. He was just meters away from the curled Dragoness, observing them. Apparently they knew eachother...

"Wind Weaver...", he growled softly, confirming the creature's name to himself. He then paced forward towards them, watching the centaur with a greeting respect.

"So... I take it you know eachother?", he hissed with his usual tone.

The centaur raised an eyebrow at the two headed male and then at the large red, appearing more amused then anything.

" I am sorry, but I only give rides to female. No offense." He stated with a straight face to Bob. One could have sworn he was serious until a faint grin curved his lips. Then his eyes settled on Searinox, an almost insulted look appearing on his face.

" Heh, What would give you the impression that I knew this overgrown iguana?" Wynd asked sarcastically, earning a small bolt of lighting from the dragoness.

" Of course he knows me. He is an old friend of mine you might say." Kaarnishia stated with a light growl, Wynd smiling up at her.

Myst, who had more or less given up on getting any kind of reaction from the other dragon by now, made his way back towards the others, his curiosity sparked by Kaarnishia's laughter.

As he reached the others, the male noticed that a new creature had arrived in his absence. One that looked like a cross between a man and a horse.

"Ohh...centaur!" Myst exclaimed in excitement before he could stop it, his tail swinging back and forth in accordance with his mood. "Sorry..." the male muttered a bit sheepsihly, knowing that Centaur's tended to get upset at beeing looked upon as some kind of common animals "I was caught in the moment."

The scaly behemoth tilted his head with a bone cracking sound, and sketched a faint smile, giving out a short chuckle. Either the centaur wasn't too friendly, or was untrusting because of his voice tone. More thanonce had his sly voice gotten him into such trouble. But it wasn't something he could control, and nor was he sure of the reason he was being eyed that way. He decided to try and calm down spirits, and acted naturally, sliding his tail to the other side.

But he burst into a short laughter when Kaarnishia zapped him, snorting and spreading his wings out.

"Well it's obvious you know eachother now.", he hissed with an almost loud, humorous tone. "And by the looks of it at least one of you two doesn't know wether the other is friend or foe.", he completed. He then craned his head at Kaarnishia.

"You two must have a history, right?", he asked her, radiating a mood of humourous friendliness that seemed unlikely to have exited in one as dark as he appeared to have been.

Wynd's eyes widened slightly, only the trained eye could notice the small change that marked his surprise. He took a small shuffle back from the white and gold male, a rather comical look on his face.

" Yes, a centaur indeed." Was his bemused reply.

" Ohh...Dragon." He added with much less enthusiasim on his part. " And who might you be, oh excitable one?"

Kaarnishia was finding this all rather amusing, a rather mischievious sneer plastered on her face. Centaurs really were FASINATING weren't they?

"Hehe...sarcastic, aren't we?" Chan smirked, looking at Wynd. "I may actually like you." This centaur would be the first creature he'd befriend outside of their home. Speaking of which...

"Bob, what happened to Joe?" The two looked around the area, but saw no sign of their old friend.

"I don't see him anywhere...does this mean no charbroiled Griffyn?!" Bob paniked.

"I'm sure he probably went off somewhere for a minute or two. He's fine," Chan reassured.

MEANWHILE, ABOUT 15 MILES FROM WHERE BOB AND CHAN ARE...

"I ain't got no idea what you're talking 'bout!" Joe yelled to his captor: A slightly intimidating purple dragon, who's scales glistened in the sunlight. This dragon's horns were sharper than anything Joe had ever seen.

"That's not the answer I'm looking for. The surviving War Dragons, tell me their location now!" the dragon snapped, his voice more fierce. Joe just raised an eyebrow.

"War dragons? They're extinct, idiot! Why you looking for them anyway?" He then glared at this mysterious dragon. "You're probably going back to finish what you started!" This got him a slash from his kidnapper.

"Fool! I did not wipe out that clan. But whoever did kill them hasn't finished yet. I'm making sure they are gone from this world. Now, I'll ask you one more time: where are they?!" This dragon meant business, Joe thought. Well, honesty was always best...

"I don't know where they are. I don't know how to identify them, and even if I did, I sure as heck would be telling you anything!" Joe yelled. Suddenly, his whole world went black as he felt a strong burning pain that melted everything around him.

"Pathetic fool. I am the Dark Prince of Dragons. I will not be denied!" He flew off into the distance, searching for anything that could possibly lead him to his goal...

Watching the steadily-growing group in silence, Ryu's silver eyes narrowed slightly. The earth dragon's discomfort had continued to increase during his time of observing the others. Now, his suspicion and sense of caution had escalated. This is enough. I cannot allow them to enter my territory. If their intentions are truly not harmful, then they will leave. Otherwise . . .

A sudden earthquake shook the ground beneath the other dragons and centaur. As a cliff jutted upward from the ground--creating a wall between the creatures and Ryu's territory--the vibrations of the earth seemed to form words.

"You are nearing the territory of the earth dragon tribe. Leave now."

Rune snapped form her daze and noted that she now stood alone and in her dazed state, her feathers and hair had toned down, becoming solidly black instead of leaping flames. She looked over her left shoulder, expecting to see the group that was behind her, but nothing. Then, she heard conversation and, unless her ears deceived her, a neigh..... neigh? Dragons could neigh? Rune looked at the source of the sound and as soon as she saw the centaur, she let out a sigh of relief... if dragons started neighing, what would happen next, barking cats?

Rune smiled to herself and began to walk towards the group, but as she did, she felt the earth shudder and on instinct she quickly flapped her wings, gaining her a few feet over the newly made wall which formed a split second after she'd taken to the air. Again, her hair and wings seemed to ignite in fire and her eyes as well regined their crimson glow as they scanned the cliffs below and noted the lone dragon that stood there, the only one on that side of the wall and with that it wasn't hard to guess he'd been the one to make it.

Rune stayed in the air, great flaming wings spread to their full span and held her spear loosely in her off-hand
just below the center of the shaft and watched the dragon carefully, not taking any offensive action yet, but her presence well known.

Myst's expression turned a bit more sheepish at Wynd's remark, although the male was pleased that the centaur hadn't taken offence. "Mysvaishorteras..." he replied, a small smile spreading across his face "Myst for short, and you are?" the male tilted his head in curiosity, but before Wynd had time to reply a sudden earthquake shook the area, cutting their conversation short. Out of reflex, Myst got up into the air before the tremor reached him, but he could have sworn that the rumbling sounds uttered a warning to him, and it seemed like the earthquake had formed some kind of natural wall not too far from them.

Myst's eyes widened as he slowly grasped the obvious "It's an earth dragon!" he called out to the others, his tail continuing to flick on its own accord "And I don't think he's friendly..."

The male focused his eyes in the direction the tremor had come from, utilizing his derkonic sight to the outmost in search of their potential opponent.

The Red Dragon politely folded hiswings back and lowered hishead towards the centaur. "My name is Searinox. I have come here in search of others of my kind...", he said, remembering the feeling that had brought him this far. "But I'm not sure why...", he said, lowering his gaze.

As he gazed down at the ground below, a few random pieces of rubble started to shake. Before his eyes could lock down on their forms he could feel the earth beneath him shake. A powerful tremor began to rock the entire place, a sinister voice echoing from its depths. He looked around, trying to figure out where it was coming from, when the wall of rock towered up into the sky. He continued to watch until it was all over.

"What is the meaning of this?!", he growled in anger, thrusting his wings against the air until he became airborne. He then ascended to over the wall and flew over it, stopping to gaze at the creature below.

"An Earth Dragon...", he thought to himself, growling. He then released a hostile, thundering roar and stared into the creature's eyes. He perched himself atop the wall of rocks, keeping his wings spread out for balance, and lowered his gaze, smoke coming out of his nostrils. He wanted to see what the creature's intentions were, but at the same time he showed no intention of leaving.

Kaarnishia watched this all play out before her, her eyes narrowing slightly. This other dragon that had created this wall was outnumbered and outmatched. Yet, he continued to defend his territory. She was not sure how many other dragons were in the area, but that didn't matter. Kaarnishia felt her blood surge through her veins, demanding her to take the males challenge and kill him. But, she reasoned, that would not be a wise thing for a leader to do. After all, how would she be able to gain allies if she killed everything that caused her anger.

Wynd snorted lightly, his face passive as usual. This plain was his land, yet there was a dragon who honestly thought that he had the right to claim it? Hah! The centaur gestured silently to Kaarnishia, the female nodding in acknowlagment.

" This is not your fight, nor mine." She called to the other dragons that were preparing to attack the male earth dragon. " This is Wynd's affair."

She remained unmoving, her stoney gaze watching them with a set that left no room for argument. Wynd on the other hand moved forward, his halberd in hand. He would not however, stand by and allow a cocky male to tell HIM where he could and could not go. It was by the centaur's graces that the Shining beast had not devovered the dragons of the world years ago.

"Alright then..." Myst replied, taking the hint of Kaarnishia's fierce gaze and settling down to watch from a relatively safe distance. Truth to be told, the male hadn't been particularly keen on fighting this new dragon, whoever he was, and was more than willing to hand it over to Wynd. "Take care..." he concluded to the Centaur's back, even though he realized that the majestic humanoid probably didn't need to be told that.

Myst heaved a small sigh, a hint of sadness flashing in his clear blue eyes, why couldn't dragons just get along?
