[Question] FATAL ERROR: After installing ZUD correctly, game now crashes at startup while saying "There is already a plugin called Party Plus". What? How fix?

    No idea what that's about, but it probably has something to do with the patches included for compatibility with the Modular Battle Scene plugin (which itself is designed to be compatible with the Party Plus plugin). In any case, try re-installing the plugin scripts. I just released a new ZUD update which tweaks how the compatibility scripts are handled, and should make the whole process not only a lot easier to install, but more stable and better at avoiding issues like these.
     
    Update: After reverting to an earlier backup without ZUD but with PartyPlus I tried installing this:

    And it gave me the same "There is already a plugin called Party Plus" error, refusing to start up. Even if I tried deleting Party Plus from the Plugins file. I had to revert to an earlier version of my game without ZUD or Following Pokemon EX if I wanted the game to turn on.

    I don't really know what the deal with Party Plus is, I've never used it. But clearly it's causing issues, since there isn't anything anywhere in the ZUD Plugin that even references Party Plus. Try deleting Party Plus and also your Data/PluginScripts.rpgxp file and boot up the game in debug.
